Friendly guy at the drive thru. I wish my "made to order" burgers had been a little hotter.
Love the burgers and service , honestly there are very friendly . Taste on burgers were fantastic nice and warm . It was a little cold in dinning room but no big deal it’s raining season .
Parking: Clean lot , and plenty of room . Manager let me park my trailer on a lot they have available for the moment .

Chicken fries were so hard it was like they had been reheated in a microwave 10 times. You should not be able to snap them like a carrot stick. Requested dipping sauce and none was provided. Burgers were lukewarm. This was a drive thru order and the food was driven about 2 miles to its destination. Marinara was requested for the mozzarella fries and again none was provided. As a local, I keep hoping the Burger King will improve, but Iam left disappointed regularly.
We did a mobile order for dine in today and our food was ready when we arrived. Everything was great, other than them forgetting my cheese on my burger, but I walked up to the counter and they gave me 2 slices. We liked their Coke machine that has additional flavors! Not a fan of their chicken nuggets (very dry and tasteless) - wish they would improve those!

You used to have to wait a really long time for your food in the drive-thru line even if there's only one car in line. They've gotten a lot better now. They used to tell you their grill was down all the time. They don't anymore, so they must have fixed that. Workers are friendly and food is good!
Burger King once was at the bottom of the Fast Food chain business. Greatly improved especially breakfast items. The Florence location has poor storefront lighting and when you drive by you can't see if they are open.
