I think they are still getting into the swing of things. They are well staffed, with many teens who it seems this may be their first job. I have the patience for this, I think it's great to see the place staffed and that these teens are working and learning. I've seen many other customers absolutely lose it on these teens for the slightest inconvenience, like slow counting and messing up orders while inputting into the register and needing to ask their manager to come over and figure out what they did wrong. I really admire the way that the manager treated her staff while I was in there, she was being asked questions by employees, and dealing with dramatic adults all with a smile and great customer service. I was in a few weeks ago witnessing an adult throwing a tantrum over the boxed ice cream they sell. I had placed my order on the mobile app, the manager apologized to me for the wait, they were just dropping my chicken in the fryer and it would be a few more minutes. I told her not to worry about me, there are no chicken basket emergencies going on in my house! The manager sent me home with free large milkshakes for my whole family that night. Remember it is free to be nice, and can even come with perks!

Service is so slow. A bunch of immature teens goofing around with little supervision. Been there twice; both times order screwed up. 2nd time went through drive through. Noticed none of employees cooking wore something to cover their longer hair, gross! There was a lot of goofing around. Supervisor just reminded them the window was open, so employee went and closed it as we continued to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. Will not be going back

My first experience there was dreadful. The only reason I returned was because of an employee named Justin. He took
care of my issue and gave me a free sundae coupon. Today I went in and found out he was fired for no reason. So apparently Dairy Queen doesn't care about their employees at all. He was your best asset. I won't be back and I will make sure I tell everyone about it. You messed up Dairy Queen. You are horrible people.

I love dairy queen but ever since this location has opened up, they can never seem to get my order correct. I always get charged for sauces that never end up in the bag. And then get charged for sauces I never ask for, that do end up in the bag. When ordering the burger that comes with onion rings on it, it doesn't come with the onion rings either! Just so disappointed, at least the Reedsport location always gets it right, I'll just have to keep traveling down there when I want DQ. Also at the Florence location, I have seen the way the male manager does not help new employees who clearly didn't know what to do. Very poor management.
