On 1/2/2026 we went in the evening to get desert. Ice cream was good, as always, but the experience was frustrating because online it says open until 10pm, on the sign on the door it said on Fridays open until 9:30pm but they had already closed the lobby and we were told it closed at 9pm everyday. We suggested they make a new sign and we hope they check with the owner to get their hours figured out both in person and online.

Waited forever for a burger. Milkshakes sat 10 mins melting before receiving them. While waiting for my burger, front employee decided to take her break as food orders were being placed up for delivery. 2 gentleman walked out because of service. Couple were baffled by no employee at counter. I approached front employee and asked about my burger, and all she had to say was, “I’m on my break”. Horrible work ethic. I waited a minimum of 20 minutes for my order. NOT fast food at all.

The sign on the door said lobby closed at 9 pm. Door was locked at 8 45. Was staying at the hotel across the street. Could not believe I had to drive across the street to get a Blizzard. Still had the Blizzard in hand by 9. Mentioned that the door was locked early. Shoulder shrug was all I got. Lazy. Bad service and questionable quality of ice cream after all that bs.

I think they are still getting into the swing of things. They are well staffed, with many teens who it seems this may be their first job. I have the patience for this, I think it's great to see the place staffed and that these teens are working and learning. I've seen many other customers absolutely lose it on these teens for the slightest inconvenience, like slow counting and messing up orders while inputting into the register and needing to ask their manager to come over and figure out what they did wrong. I really admire the way that the manager treated her staff while I was in there, she was being asked questions by employees, and dealing with dramatic adults all with a smile and great customer service. I was in a few weeks ago witnessing an adult throwing a tantrum over the boxed ice cream they sell. I had placed my order on the mobile app, the manager apologized to me for the wait, they were just dropping my chicken in the fryer and it would be a few more minutes. I told her not to worry about me, there are no chicken basket emergencies going on in my house! The manager sent me home with free large milkshakes for my whole family that night. Remember it is free to be nice, and can even come with perks!
