Took awhile to get our food, but that usually means it's good and everyone wants it. Loved the fried rice and the honey chicken was amazing

Cashier tried to charge me twice, then took my payment for my one meal and kept my change. Food wasn't very good either.

They offer both Chinese and Japanese food. Sweet and sour chicken was good. My wife said their sushi was good as well.

Probably, the worst experience I've had in a long time. The food was horrible, and I don't say that lightly. I rarely say anyone's food is horrible, but this was. Overcooked and salty. Everything was nothing but salt.
Chen's is far and away the better Chinese food. In fact, the only reason people were eating there is because Chen's is closed on Monday. Gordon Ramsey would light them up!

A Hidden Gem on the Oregon Coast!
We’re currently on a road trip down the Oregon coast and stopped in Florence, Oregon for the night. Based on strong reviews, we decided to take a chance on Ichiban Restaurant and Lounge, and I’m so glad we did!
The service was absolutely top-notch. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and took time to walk us through the menu. She recommended her house special (pictured here), and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The flavors were rich, fresh, and truly authentic.
Having lived in Asia for six years — primarily in Seoul, Korea, and traveling throughout the region — I can confidently say this is the real deal. The food here is truly authentic Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Every bite reminded me of the meals I had overseas.
Portions are generous (you won’t leave hungry), and the prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the quality and amount of food served.
This place deserves to be known far and wide. Locals may already be tuned in, but travelers like us need to know that this is the place to stop if you’re passing through Florence. It’s conveniently located just off Highway 101 and well worth your time.
Ichiban is a shining star on the Oregon Coast — we’ll definitely be back!

We tried bento boxes (#3 & 7) and found it pretty good overall. Definitely we would return if heading this way again.

Got the beef and broccoli and it was mostly broccoli and very little beef. Wasn't happy with the price to beef ratio.

Mei is a wonderful host and the Sand Master Park crew visits here often!
The best orange chicken I've ever found on the Oregon Coast.
Fantastic food and service.
Walked in , smells like mold and cigarette smoke , but thought it's got pretty good reviews so we'll give it a try .... Marginal tasting food and oh they like the place hot inside ... I think the name fits Itchy Ban !
Great food super friendly and fast
