Great seafood and great customer service. We got rockfish, dungeoness crabs, and some of their clam chowder. Everything was wonderful. You could really taste the freshness of everything, and it was even better than fish or crab in the local restaurants. The person behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a true treat.

I stopped by Krab Kettle hoping to pick up some truly fresh raw fish for a home meal, but what a huge mistake! The fish I bought was slimy, smelled rotten, and clearly spoiled. It had that off putting odor right out of the bag, and when I got home, it was obvious it had been sitting around way too long. How can they advertise it as fresh when it's basically inedible?
The staff didn't seem to care when I called to complain. Prices are inflated for what you get

I love the chowder and freshly caught fish. The crab is always amazing, sweet tender and right off the boat. The staff is kind and helpful and always friendly and honest. Easy parking around the back with access to old town Florence.

I got clam chowder and a can of Tuna 💯 delicious Chowder did not lack in crab and did not substitute more potatoes for it Tuna was delicious and caught locally
