The employees here don't even try to meet the bare minimum customer service standards, they are rude, they refuse to do simple things like carry the food to your table when you order table service, or fill a drink cup for a mobile to-go order. When asked to do basic things that are part of their job's requirements they get pissy and rude, when asked questions about the menu they name-call and belittle (not me, but I witnessed this first hand when a nice old lady was...
My order has always been correct and fresh from this location. I often order through the mobile app and my food is ready within a few minutes of my arrival. Inside can be short staffed so if you don't like using the mobile app or kiosk it can sometimes be a bit of a wait until you are able to order from the register.

Con: Filthy. Tables were all dirty and bathrooms were not clean at all. Which made me not want to allow kids in the play place.
Hopefully the owner brings on some employees that clean thing up.
