I’ve eaten at hundreds of Subways around the world, and this was BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had — all thanks to the amazing Amy who was working tonight!

She was so friendly, warm, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Amy recommended a twist on a sandwich I’ve probably ordered 400 times the exact same way, and somehow made it taste 100x better. Absolute game-changer.

Honestly, the experience and the way she made me and my friend feel was worth far more than the sandwich itself. People like Amy are the reason customers come back again and again.

My only complaint? I wish she worked at the Subway near my house, because I’d be there every single day just to see what she’d recommend next.

Thank you, Amy — you turned an ordinary stop into one of the best nights of our trip!

Our subway experience was made fantastic by the subway master behind the counter! A truly fantastic visit, he was thoughtful and kind to every customer that came in (we dined in), verified all items on our order ensuring it was a custom sandwich indeed. I have never had an employee treat us and the other guests so well. Fantastic work, james!!

Subway used to be the go-to for my wife and me, up to COVID. So today we were in the mood for a quick sandwich and I decided to go pick us up a Subway sandwich. My wife agreed. I got to our tacky-looking Subway store here and the windows were either just all steamed up or really dirty. Not very inviting. I was the only customer there, at 12:30, like lunch time. The woman who took my order seemed to be having a bad day. Grumpy. Then the woman who assembled the sandwich seemed as grumpy in addition to being impatient with my inability to make instant decisions of the condiments I wanted. The amount of turkey she put on this turkey "foot-long" looked NOTHING like the pictures on the wall, but I said nothing and just wanted to get out of there. When I went to pay for my $8 skimpy sandwich, the CC machine gave me the choice of adding a tip of either 15, 20, or 25% and feeling yet more impatience coming my way, I could see no way of finishing the transaction without adding yet another $1.30 to this already overpriced sandwich along with service that certainly deserved no tip. What's up with expecting tips in a place like this anyway? So there you have it. After our 2-year hiatus and a return with high expectations, we've made our last trip to Subway. Ever. Bummer.
