It's been awhile since I've been to Subways, but just moved to the area and had one here today and it was awesome. James helped me out and he was really the most helpful restaurant employee. He really went above and beyond for us and kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. Almost felt like a dine-in restaurant. He was super sweet, patient, conscientious and informative! Will definitely be back again cuz James makes some mean sandwiches!!! 🥪🥪🥪👍👍👍

I’ve eaten at hundreds of Subways around the world, and this was BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had — all thanks to the amazing Amy who was working tonight!
She was so friendly, warm, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Amy recommended a twist on a sandwich I’ve probably ordered 400 times the exact same way, and somehow made it taste 100x better. Absolute game-changer.
Honestly, the experience and the way she made me and my friend feel was worth far more than the sandwich itself. People like Amy are the reason customers come back again and again.
My only complaint? I wish she worked at the Subway near my house, because I’d be there every single day just to see what she’d recommend next.
Thank you, Amy — you turned an ordinary stop into one of the best nights of our trip!

Our subway experience was made fantastic by the subway master behind the counter! A truly fantastic visit, he was thoughtful and kind to every customer that came in (we dined in), verified all items on our order ensuring it was a custom sandwich indeed. I have never had an employee treat us and the other guests so well. Fantastic work, james!!
