I came in 30 min to closing and was greeted by the young woman with advanced age. She was the best sandwich artist I've ever experienced at a subway. She made the sandwiches very well and was such a sweetheart. If I lived in the area, I would go to this subway just for her.

Within the last couple of months I've given subway drive through so many chances.. I've had employees be so rude.. not doing their job as I've worked for subway I know a proper job doing. I asked for a double meat blt extra toasted on the bacon.. I got no double meat or extra toasted. Just go inside so you can tell them over and over a simple order and watch them for yourself. Disappointed

For a subway, this was great. We just needed a quick lunch, but the food was very fresh, they put their sandwiches together well, and they kept the dining area clean. A nice quick stop.
Subway has been a place to go for many years & If you put aside the increasing prices we see everywhere & the lack of good service due to an employee shortage, my visit to Subway was a good one. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious, the service decent ,yet for two footlongs (*non specialty items) 2 small bags of chips, 2 cookies & 2 drinks it was 38$, add a 15% tip & it ended up being $20+ a person.As I have mentioned, in other fast food or any restaurant reviews, its really all about the employees on hand when you go, have some that have good work ethics & a desire to put in the effort then your probably in good shape, have some employees indifferent, then you may leave unhappy vowing never to return. I do recommend The Florence Subway restaurant & any other location.

It was dirty, had ants, bad service took forever and they didn’t even remake a sandwich just took it back and put roast beef on it and gave it back. They didn’t even know how to work the register. Their line was terrible looking and they had smudge marks on the glass.Wheelchair accessibility: They had it at the very end of the store farthest from the entrance

Not the best and not the worst subway I've been in. I didn't get any lettuce on my sandwich cuz there were too many brown and old looking pieces. The crew and there weren't sure how to handle a simple gift card at first. Hey, at least the bread was delicious!
