Server was polite and service done in a timely manner. Food was ok. Menu is crowded and confusing. Burgers, tacos and ramen. Kind of all over the place. Ambience lacked. Decor was taken over by all the storage out and the open of boxes and product. It was an ehh. Experience.

I really enjoyed my meal, but a couple in my party were less pleased. Service was ok, but the guy was playing on his phone. I would probably give it a second try.

We happened upon Bites while visiting Forest Grove and are so pleased we did. The food, service and atmosphere was outstanding! The four of us devoured our meals which were overflowing with freshness and flavor. Give Bites a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Great little spot in town. Food variety was awesome, from "Mexican" to "Korean"...

Had the shrimp tempura tacos the tortillas fell apart while trying to eat them they were soggy. There was enough shrimp on the tacos, but they should definitely add a second tortilla so they don’t fall apart however that’s what you get for serving corn tortillas with soggy food. The Jalapeño burger was perfect on spice. However, the burger tasted more like liver than it did like burger. The waitress was nice food came out decently quick. Disappointed that for almost $15 the burger did not come with fries that’s an additional $3. Might give this place a second chance, but probably not.

The food was tasty. Nothing over the top, but tasty. Im not a fan of a la carte menus, tbh. $14 for 2 street tacos is a little high, and then another $8 for fries? Tasty, but not a $22 meal. The kimchi is quiet good, and my first experience with homemade. Its vegan based, which i appreciate (shrimp allergans) but it explained why a large portion of the menu are meals without meat protiens. Service was good, though it took awhile to be acknowledged. Ordered a Jim beam, which im pretty sure was not jim beam, but they were very friendly and checked in often.

The food and service is amazing! Try the drink with the lemongrass in it, you won’t regret it! The Korean bbq tacos were top notch as well. We love sitting out front with our doggie and enjoying the activity!

Stopped in for a quick bite. Not familiar with the area, but loved the options here. Had the cucumber salad- AMAZING. Everything we had was phenomenal.
Bloody Mary’s weren’t made from a premix and were so tasty. Great place!

We absolutely love this place and everything we’ve tried has been wonderful. We initially found bites through door dash and liked it enough to visit in person.
The menu is a bit odd with the mix of foods, and I was initially hesitant to try it, but after trying several things I would absolutely recommend bites to anyone.
Staff is very friendly and the food service was pretty quick.

Parking: We were able to find street parking easily right out front

Kid-friendliness: The kids meals were freshly prepared and as delicious as the regular meals. They included full size drinks, which is a good deal, but they used glass glasses (wasn’t a problem for us, but might be if your kids are prone to knocking cups over)

Burger has low fat waygu and it’s legitimately delicious.

The rice is some of the best quality I’ve had. Perfectly sticky but not too dry like most places.

The Korean boneless wings are low key unbelievably good.

Live music on Fridays from some super chill older guys who know how to jam.

Also the price wasn’t horrible. Midrange pricing.

Atmosphere is great, in terms of the actual space- very cool setting.

The food was pretty terrible unfortunately. Crab cakes came out with the entrees after about 30 minutes, very underwhelming. The tacos fell apart and had barely any meat. The waiter was unskilled and never brought water (even after I requested it when ordering) on a 85 degree afternoon. He was also bartending and the only employee there, apart from the cook. There were only 2 other tables of two, both already served so really no excuse. Cocktails tasted like they were missing the alcohol, and it was just a bad experience all around.

The owners and staff are hard working professionals that offer one of the largest and most diverse menus in Forest Grove. They care about the history of the restaurant building while adding a unique new atmosphere. Very family friendly.
