Drinks are always amazing!!! Service is kind and welcoming! I don’t recommend their food though… I’ve tried very little but what I’ve had was over priced and not very good

Great service came around 11 am wasn't much people in here. Mellow and calming experience. I bought the caramel blonde blended. Extra sweet. Taste great

Service and coffee are great, but the breakfast sandwiches are terrible. They microwave unfortunately instead of putting them in a small oven, so by the time I got to work my sandwich bread was very, very chewy. I have no idea why they would microwave them, knowing what that does to the bread?

We didn't need service but my friends did and it was good.

The manager here was extremely rude to me and provided me with terrible service. Apparently they have switched register systems and the new one no longer takes gift cards. He told me I should write to support (did not volunteer to give me the contact information) and maybe I could get my original value back.
This happened on the way to school at 7:15 in the morning so when I came out with no breakfast, my child began crying. I went back in and told the manager that the refusal of the card was not an acceptable outcome for me and that there must be something he could do because my child would have no breakfast for school. He informed me that that was my problem, not his, and then it was my responsibility as a mother to figure out a way to feed my child.
Finally, a cashier stepped in and apologized and said she could not give me food, but she made my child a complementary warm milk.

We've been coming here for a year now, and the service is always amazing, along with the fast customer service.

Thieves!!! I got an updated charge on my receipt where it appears this location added a dollar tip when I did not put in a tip myself. This is unacceptable!!! I'm not local to the area and when I tried to call the location I got an automated phone service call that they don't have phones at that location. I'm very upset about this. Check your bank statements when going to this location as you also might be a victim to over charge.

Maybe drive thru is fine here but don't plan to sit inside. It's super dirty (flies and dead bugs on windows, dusty surfaces, literal garbages on the floor...) I never trust a food/beverage place that doesn't do a basic wipedown daily.
