Haven't had a problem yet! Usually order through the app and pick up my pizza. It's been fast easy and for the price tastes fine. Like that I can earn points and overall think it's good pricing.
literally there’s two whole pieces that have no cheese, not counting the ones that barley have any. this is not the first time this has happened and last time is was an extra cheese one. the only reason i didn’t order extra cheese on it this time is because every time i do they either don’t care or can’t read idk.

I ordered a Memphis BBQ chicken pizza last week with no onions. I specifically ordered this pizza for my 3 year old grandson who has autism. He has major food aversion but by some miracle he has added this specific pizza specifically from Dominos to the few foods he will eat. I buy him a whole pizza even though he's only going to eat a couple slices because I know it's the only thing he is willing to eat. I get home and the pizza has onions on it. I didn't want to bother with complaining about it so I just made the best of it. I ordered another pizza tonight again with no onions and light sauce. I get home and tried to give my grandson a bite of the pizza but the sauce came squirting out all down the front of him and now he wants nothing to do with it. It's really frustrating to order pizza a specific way and not get it that way. If customizing it isn't available, that's one thing, but if you offer the option to customize the pizza to work for what you need, then it would be nice if it actually came the way you ordered it. Frustrating when you already are struggling to get a child to eat and now you have to figure out something different that he might possibly eat for dinner, since what you just spent $20 on is obviously going in the garbage. The pizza I posted pics of is the "light sauce" one that I ordered tonight. I tried to eat it but felt like I was drinking BBQ sauce.

I've only been here in person once, but I ordered online from here and they messed up 2 of my pizzas. Didn't add the toppings I requested, but removed the ones I requested. There's miscellaneous toppings on the pizza, it's like the taz-manian devil made the pizza! The only thing they did right was the Garlic & Parmesan Dots. Forst Grove Dominos isnt... that great. Probably won't order from again.
I live less than 3 miles from our local dominos. According to google maps it takes approximately 6 minutes door to door. Unfortunately I am outside their delivery area BUT they will deliver farther away in the opposite direction. Obviously they don’t want or need the business.

Usually get stuff from here every few weeks when I'm in the mood for pizza however, Couple nights ago someone placed an order to my address and didn't pay for it. Delivery driver in a obnoxiously loud black pontiac didn't take it nicely and through the pizza all over my driveway. Will not be eating here again

I Paid for a couple of pizzas to last me over for the next couple days... Now I have to wait several days for a refund because they wanted to close over a hour and a half early….. I’m hungry and used the last of my money to order those pizza’s …. Now I have no food and no money.eventually robots will take these low paying wage jobs.. does this mean cost of food will go down? This is ridiculous. Your employees can’t live off your wages. And I don’t blame them.

Just ordered $50 worth of pizzas received two pizzas and not cut had to pull it apart tried to call to explain the situation then general manager named Jay on Wednesday 2/28/@6:30pm was speaking to be reckless and said there’s nothing we can do. I believe they lost a customer.

The two gentlemen working today in the snowy conditions went above and beyond the key lock to my car was frozen and I couldn't get back into my car. One offered to go to store to get something to warm my key up and hopefully help get lock unstuck they offered there phone for me to call for help. In the end they gave me some hot water to poor on door which was a success and got me into my car! Food is fantastic and they left it on the warmer for me while we tried to get into my car. I aways come to this store because the food is great and now that these two gentlemen were so kind it's even more reason to keep coming back!
