Haven't had a problem yet! Usually order through the app and pick up my pizza. It's been fast easy and for the price tastes fine. Like that I can earn points and overall think it's good pricing.
I've only been here in person once, but I ordered online from here and they messed up 2 of my pizzas. Didn't add the toppings I requested, but removed the ones I requested. There's miscellaneous toppings on the pizza, it's like the taz-manian devil made the pizza! The only thing they did right was the Garlic & Parmesan Dots. Forst Grove Dominos isnt... that great. Probably won't order from again.
The two gentlemen working today in the snowy conditions went above and beyond the key lock to my car was frozen and I couldn't get back into my car. One offered to go to store to get something to warm my key up and hopefully help get lock unstuck they offered there phone for me to call for help. In the end they gave me some hot water to poor on door which was a success and got me into my car! Food is fantastic and they left it on the warmer for me while we tried to get into...
