I frequently go to this Dutch bros but won't be going back for some time because they messed up my order so badly. I ordered the new pumpkin brulee iced latte, one small and one medium with oatmilk. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I watched as a new trainee accidentally made the oatmilk one the small and the regular the medium. The trainer then yelled at the trainee and instead of fixing the issue, the trainer just poured the small into a medium cup and poured oatmilk until it was filled. They didn't add any more flavor or coffee, plus when they handed me the drinks they told me they were breves. They were indeed breves, because the one with regular milk was actually made with half and half. I'm really disappointed that the trainer taught the trainee an incorrect and improper way of handling a mistake, and hope that this doesn't happen often. I won't be going to this location for a while.

The worst dutch stand I've ever been to. No customer service what so ever, 8 cars left from the other side with only 2 cars in front of us and when we finally got to the window another 2 cars left from the other side while our drinks were just sitting on the counter. I've been to a lot of dutch stands in 3 states and never experienced anything like this!

I don't understand how every time I come in here the person taking orders goes on break. Also why is one line streamlined and the other waits forever. A coffee shouldn't take 25 minutes to order. I left. Not to mention they always have an attitude like they hate everything. I won't be returning to this location, this happens too often.

I used to love this location but after the last few visits it has been a pattern of utter disappointment. I used to get the nitro cold brew but it became a spit of coffee over a tower of ice not even filled to the top. So the next time I asked for it without ice and only a quarter of the large cup was filed with nitro cold brew. I was told that’s just the way the serving size fits and that’s why they use so much ice. Fine, I’ll get nitro somewhere else and changed my drink order to an Americano. But of course, the one time I used my birthday freebie I ordered a large iced americano with a splash of protein milk. I get a medium watered down version of an americano. I can’t even drink it as my Keurig coffee tastes stronger and more flavorful than this. So incredibly disappointing that this used to be my go to coffee place and now I don’t see a reason to go back. If you want a sugary coffee drink then it’s great, but if you actually enjoy the taste and flavor of coffee this place has become overpriced and weak, especially when you have so many other options here in town. I’m sad and disappointed.
