I needed three more points for a free drink to send to a friend who just had their windshield smashed by a random rock on the highway.Barista spotted me the points and was super cool about it which made me bashfully asking "what can I buy for 3 more points" feel so much less awkward.Whomever does hiring is a miracle worker because all of their staff is always like this

I contacted Shay, through their company website and was informed they "allow" DISABLED AND SENIOR customers to STAND IN LINE NEXT TO CARS (full of people on cell phones). i tried to recommend signs and colorful ways to alert drivers to watch out for pedestrians . Some of their locations have walk up windows and asked why Forest Grove, bdoes not have a walk up window..... they ignored my emails!!!! I think painting lanes for cars to keep cars seperate from people in wheelchairs, or using walkers (like me)and slow moving pedestrians (like senior citizens) would be great especially since they are only one block from a large senior citizen housing community.... what a shame! LIP SERVICE ONLY: "We allow walk ups". Good grief!!!!!! As if lip service ever saved a pedestrian from a distracted driver.....
