This specific Jack n the Box in Forest Grove is 5/5 hands down. the Morning crew always fast and respectful. Been here a few times and the service stays solid. With other fast food and options surrounding it, this place dominates with its staff. Appreciate you guys, real talk!

This is the 3rd time placing an order and receiving only half our order. And when you call them they only offer a refund. When training your employees please train them to respect the customers and to be friendly and not to blame us when we show that we indeed did not receive most of our order and you in turn blame the customer. Not ok filing a former complaint

Staff was very nice and food was okay. Very greesy and flavorful. My one biggest complaint is the bathroom. The smell of old unwashed toilets and urine was so strong that it filled the lobby and ordering line at the front. Last thing you want to do when you smell that is eating. They have to do something about it or they will have no one eating there.
I had a great experience here today. The first time I've had a Jumbo Jack in many moons passing. They get my business over Mc Donalds. Everything was fresh/hot.

We ordered in advance, it took forever to be ready. When we got it, it was wrong. We went back in to let them know and we couldn't even get anyone's attention to talk to them. People standing in line without even being acknowledged for over ten minutes. They aren't incredibly busy, either. I've worked fast food and am usually pretty forgiving because of that, but it's been another ten minutes and I still haven't gotten the 2 correct sandwiches.
