This place was SO delicious. I got the dynamite chicken or something like that- ridiculously tasty. Husband got the loco moco and was instantly like “we need to go back to Hawaii😭” everything was so lovingly prepared, the shave ice was no less than seven miles tall and we couldn’t even finish it. Their lilikoi cheesecake is what dreams are made of. It’s a bit small but good things come in small packages (or something).

I was introduced to this restaurant back before the start of the COVID pandemic, pre-2020. I got the typical dishes like the BBQ chicken, kalua pork, mac salad, etc. They were and have been FANTASTIC. But I got the Lau Lau, and I am transformed! It is absolutely phenomenal. I go to this restaurant exclusively for the Lau Lau, and when Kama'aina is closed, I just CAN'T find it sold by any other Hawaiian restaurants. There is something about this dish that is so unique...

So, so, SOOO good!! We came for lunch on a monday.
We got the Sunrise Poke bowl and grilled salmon... BEST EVER. The Hawaiian Mac and garlic edamame are OUTSTANDING.

Perfect music, great volume, wonderful service.
