I've ordered from this location multiple times over the past year both take out and delivery. It's always been good quality and quick service. When I have been into pick up I've had good experience. Tonight my order was delivered by door dash for some reason. The box was cold and later than expected, when I opened the box I was shocked. I'm not certain how you can wreck a pizza quite like this driver did. I called the manager and happened to speak with the owner. He was shocked to see the picture and immediately made it right. Quickly I was met by an apologetic employee handing me a piping hot pizza. It was delicious. The owner made me a huge fan and I appreciate his concern for the quality of pizzas he sends out. While this could have been a bad experience the owner made a huge difference and saved my pizza night!

I HATE COLD PIZZA. My wife ordered two pizzas through the app. When the app said the order was done, it then said DoorDash was picking it up for delivery. A little bit after the expected delivery time we were checked the app again and it said the pizzas were delivered. We don’t use door dash so I’m not sure if it’s normal for them not to knock on the door but every other time we have gotten pizza from papa Johns they knocked. It’s just crazy they would leave a pizza out front when it’s 34 degrees out.

I've not had Papa John in 20 years. Last time I remembered, it was delicious. Today's experience was not what I remembered. It was not delicious at all. Very disappointing. Not worth the price and very skimpy on the toppings. Tough dough. Won't be back

According to the email, I thought I was going to get a free medium 1 topping pizza. The email said nothing about it being on a $20 order. I reached out to Papa John's and they didn't respond, so review 1 star it is. Maybe this way they will care? Doubt it lol

Quality of food has changed. Manager Gave me a credit for a replacement on future order when a delivery was black crust and pepperoni was paper thin and cooked to a cinder crisp. About 3 months later I used credit for a delivered pizza. The taste very bad, toppings almost non existent, the worst pizza I have ever had. This was a change, I have always thought Papa Johns in Forest Grove was excellent and my go to pizza whenever I ordered pizza. Service remains excellent but quality of food very poor and I will have to find another pizza. I thought one bad experience can happen but after this last pizza taste and reduced quantity of topping I do not want to go back.

I had ordered my food around 5pm for pick up at 7:15 due to having a appointment from 5pm-7pm on 11/21/23. I checked my order online at 7pm to see if it was ready, my order stated it was ready at 5:15pm and and I realzied that my pickup time wasnt added when I paid.When I arrived at the pizza shop I explained the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.I was then told to not worry about it and they'd make it fresh for me (without me even asking!).I cant believe the wonderful customer service and amazing food. It only took 15 minutes and they had the food out to me. I can't thank them enough for assistanting with this miscommunication, I love papa johns!

I think this is the best pizza in Forest Grove. Owner and staff always super friendly and alert you to any deals, specials coupons they have.
