I placed the order and went to pick it up at 11:40 and there is a padlock on the door so I just assume it was closed. The lady (she wouldn't give me her name) the next day said I couldn't get my order until her wonderful manager came to the save the day. I did not want to review one star this place but I reached out to corporate to file a complaint and they gave me a generic response.

I ordered 2 of their specials (pizza) with a pan crust. What I got was a skimpily topped pizza on cardboard crust! Very disappointed and this used to be my favorite pizza joint.

The employees here are layed back and very friendly, the work quickly and try their hardest to help out customers. The manager is very friendly and all the delivery drivers I've met are great. One of the best pizza huts I've been to.
