I don’t know who the girl was making my caramel cookies and cream drink this morning but THANK YOU!!!!! YOU MADE IT PERFECT!!! I was having a bad day and you made it A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER !!! Mine was an online order I was the white frapp with heavy cream, caramel and brown sugar syrup lined cup caramel drizzle and frap chips. I cannot express my thanks enough!!! Not to mention the “have a good day” you threw in there after I picked it up!

Placed a mobile order and waited about 25 minutes. The entire drive through line was helped, and people that came in and ordered at the counter were made their drinks before the mobile orders that had been placed well before.

Went through on our way to an early am softball tournament. Amiyah was awesome!! Great customer service and recommendation on our coffee order that made it that much better! Thank you Amiyah!! Best service we have ever had there.
Im a drive thru customer, but they are usually friendly (one gal is a little less than enthused) and they make good.time getting the cars through.

Tilly or tally whatever her name is. This person is such a rude human. I don’t understand how certain people work customer service. If you really hate your job what are you doing there. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve come across her with my coworker and always turns her back on us when we are wanting to ask for something. Ignores us completely. Makes us feel so rushed and in general just sounds irritated and annoyed. Not only that but the ugly stares she makes. Wow I’ve never felt so unwelcomed at a Starbucks. Definitely not coming here ever again. If I need to drive somewhere far I would much rather do that then come across her again.

Some very friendly employees at this Forest Grove Starbucks….a few duds. Manager is nice. Fast service. Like all Starbucks-music selection is questionable.🤔 Seems like they’ve finally got the cold temps under control.

I met a friend here in person for the first time. It was a great place to sit and visit and get to know each other. The space is large, but the sound of the machines wasn't overwhelming. The crew were very friendly and quick.
