Noisy. Not a shred of acoustic protection so that all the expresso racket and kitchen noise bounces around forcing everyone to talk louder and louder. The staff are wearing headsets, so they don't notice. The music can't even be heard. Who wants to visit a place like that?

I have asked these people time and time again for light ice and they ask oh ok would you like oatmilk to fill it up the rest of the way and I say yes sure and then I get this. Insult to injury I’m pretty sure they are charging extra for light ice. So I have now paid more than a few times over $6 for a drink of coffee flavored ice. Not cool.

I don’t know who the girl was making my caramel cookies and cream drink this morning but THANK YOU!!!!! YOU MADE IT PERFECT!!! I was having a bad day and you made it A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER !!! Mine was an online order I was the white frapp with heavy cream, caramel and brown sugar syrup lined cup caramel drizzle and frap chips. I cannot express my thanks enough!!! Not to mention the “have a good day” you threw in there after I picked it up!

Placed a mobile order and waited about 25 minutes. The entire drive through line was helped, and people that came in and ordered at the counter were made their drinks before the mobile orders that had been placed well before.
