I just want to say I been coming here to get breakfast for a few weeks and its became my new favorite place to grab food on my way to work. Their allways super nice when greeting me and making my order. It’s allways done super fast. My food allways looks fresh and well prepared. They allways ask about my day and I feel super supported by them other places don’t really care about our day and its a small gesture but them asking about it and giving us small talk and sometimes advice is more appreciated more then people can imagine. I just wanna thank you guys for the amazing service im looking forward to come here as usuall and will defenetly recommend to others.

Exceptional customer service! We had a large order and they prepared everything efficiently and cheerfully. Had a great conversation with one of the employees while they put our sandwiches together. I would love to stop by here again!

This Subway has really gone downhill.
I've been coming here for years but the last time will be my last time. I came in with one of their 'Any Footlong' coupons and tried to order the same sandwich I always do. When I tried to alter the ingredients, to match what the sandwich was before they changed it, they no longer honored the 'Any Footlong' coupon price. So much for 'Any Footlong'!
I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

This Subway location is always incredibly slow. We ordered on the app which stated that food would be ready at 5:45pm. There was one couple ahead of us and four store employees behind the counter, and it still took them more than five minutes to simply acknowledge our existence. Once they knew why we were there, it still took a few more minutes for one of them to say that someone was working on it, and that it works new our on 5-10 more minutes. There was nothing waiting in the online order rack and seemingly no one in the drive-thru, the employees just couldn't seem to care less. They are untrained, unfriendly, and unorganized. I don't come to this location often, but it's the same story every single time. If you have to have Subway, take the time to drive to North Plains.

Slow workers. My order had over 20 minutes to be ready and they said my order was ready already in the app for online order, when I showed up they were only barely starting it now. Saying they were busy. But had absolutely nobody in the store for the past 10 min at least as i sat in the parking lot.
I Ordered a ft. Long Turkey, asked for double the turkey. Ut didn't get bit the sandwich was sooo thin it wasn't a normal Subway Sandwich

Just the worst Subway, but it’s right next door so I’m forced to go here for lunch. Passable at best.

I assume they're nice people but the staff here is very disorganized. Zero motivation seen from anyone behind the counter. New management needed asap.

They do a good job keeping subway clean and fresh. Tends to be busy and they could use more workers most of the time but they are usually still kind.
Walked in to get a Sub and all the vegetables were frozen and lettuce was brown. I asked for fresh and the employee looked at me like it was exceptable. I asked to talk to the manager and was told no. So I walked, leaving them with a half made sub for them to deal with. Will not go back. Walked over to Subway in Walmart and got a nice sub and friendly service.

5/6/25 Lady manager (I’m assuming) with facial piercings was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. The 2 guys working with her were nice and friendly. I get it was busy with online orders but you should not speak to customers the way she did especially unprovoked when we told her there was no rush for our order to be taken.
