75 percent of the time I come here I get a completely incompetent slob as my sandwich maker. Making a sandwich isn’t difficult so why does this keep happening. Workers should never touch the bread pans in the proofer and then the food right after. It’s common sense to change your dirty gloves. Those pans are nasty. Then they jam their fingers in your sandwich and get sauce all over their gloves and then handle your food so it’s a sloppy mess. Almost always is my bacon jammed in the corner of the sandwich and I have to fix it when I get back to work or home. I’ve had it with this location. The manager needs to train the staff better. I’ll let my coworkers know to not go here anymore.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Subway was a disappointing experience. Despite the convenience of its proximity to my workplace, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my satisfaction.

I placed my order through the Subway app, but the location did not support any of the promotions I had intended to use. While I was willing to pay extra for the convenience, I expected a timely and efficient service. However, the app indicated my order would be ready in 15 minutes, which proved to be inaccurate.

Upon arriving at the store 20 minutes later, I was greeted with a lack of customer service. There was only one customer ahead of me, yet it took an extended period before I was acknowledged. To my surprise, my online order was not visible on the designated shelf, and I had to wait for an employee to address my order.

During this time, I observed another customer waiting for their order due to a lack of wheat bread. This seemed like a basic item that should have been readily available, especially at 11 AM.

After a significant delay, my sandwich was finally prepared. The overall waiting time exceeded 35 minutes from the time I placed my order, which was unacceptable. To add to the frustration, I did not receive the correct receipt.

While the sandwich itself was satisfactory and the store appeared clean, the app's inaccurate timing and the lack of customer service were major drawbacks. I will likely choose a local sandwich company for my future purchases.

Did you know that the white chip cookie was the brownie with white chips?

You had accidentally given myself the chocolate chip cookie instead of this one that I had asked for.

I asked for the White Chocolate Chip.

Your managers need to listen carefully.

Kid-friendliness: They will create a kid sized sub for you.

Just tell them what kid sized bread, meat, what cheese you want or not, toasted or not, what veggies you want, and whether you want dressing or not.

This place is horrible. They always take for ever to take your order . And every time we have gone they are always out of something like cold cut or no Italian bread and last time it was mayonnaise . Customer service is even worse nobody knows anything.

Drive through is very fast! They messed up one of the 3 Sandos and didn’t notice until we were too far away to go back. They were friendly.

I should not have to wait 30 plus minutes to get my food. That is ridiculous. They have three employees in the back and they were no where to be found. I called the lady employee a she and she gave me a dirty look.

I deliver food and had a pick up from this location early I the morning. I would not eat food from this location without seeing the conditions for myself.They made the sandwich in the back room and not on the front counter, which was really sketchy. I noticed the ingredients had been left out overnight on the cooling table. Many ingredients had frost on them and were frozen they were all mixed up and gross.( I wish I would have taken a picture). I could tell the tomatoes were slime just from looking at them. The counter was nasty. The meat cutter had debris on it clearly from the night before since they had just opened.

I have eaten at this subway a few times. Through my experiences. I would not recommend this subway. They are usually understaffed and the bathroom needs work. The toilet does not flush and the sink is missing a leg. The tables have food on them every so often and I have to sit at a different table than I normally do to avoid the tables that haven't been cleaned. The employees usually have good customer service but very slow and lazy like. ?‍♂️ This is just my honest opinion after my experiences here.

Showed up at opening (8am) and was denied entry due to staff being short. They said they wouldn't be open until 9am on a weekday.

We tried the Foot Long Churros. The churros were okay, they were chewy and the taste was okay. Ours came out of the fridge and into whatever it is that they warm the churros up in. The employees we interacted with were nice and friendly. It looks like they recently remodeled the inside of the restaurant. There are bathrooms, you need a door code to get in.
