I have eaten at this subway a few times. Through my experiences. I would not recommend this subway. They are usually understaffed and the bathroom needs work. The toilet does not flush and the sink is missing a leg. The tables have food on them every so often and I have to sit at a different table than I normally do to avoid the tables that haven't been cleaned. The employees usually have good customer service but very slow and lazy like. ?‍♂️ This is just my honest opinion after my experiences here.

Showed up at opening (8am) and was denied entry due to staff being short. They said they wouldn't be open until 9am on a weekday.

We tried the Foot Long Churros. The churros were okay, they were chewy and the taste was okay. Ours came out of the fridge and into whatever it is that they warm the churros up in. The employees we interacted with were nice and friendly. It looks like they recently remodeled the inside of the restaurant. There are bathrooms, you need a door code to get in.

Hands-down, the worst experience I’ve ever had at any subway. the owner, Stacy Gibson is a former drug user and Current alcoholic, who would not replace my sandwich unless it was present after they messed up the order, then proceeded to charge me for the replacement hands-down the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Something should be done about this place do not come here. Beware, you will get gibbisoned

I was looking to save some money, so online I found a coupon on their app for buy one get one free . Not all subways will honor coupons. I was very happy that they did. the service was good . The food was excellent . A wonderful meal for two, yet the cost was priced only for one. It was wonderful to save money and enjoy really great sandwiches. Thank you, SubwayVegetarian options: All kinds of vegetarian options.Parking: Ample parking even with a rush.Kid-friendliness: There was children there as well as high chairs and a children's menuWheelchair accessibility: Had disabled parking right by the door easy accass.

Subway salads are the best. I wish they were covered under Subway coupons and not just the sandwiches. They need a few more employees also.

I just have to say that the customer service at this establishment has to be top notch. I had the absolute pleasure of having my sandwich masterfully crafted by Marcus. I just want to say that this man is a master, if you go in and Marcus is making your sandwich. Buckle in. This guy makes the absolute best sandwiches and with the perfect ratios. He was also very nice. To anyone reading this. This place is a must go!

I was just in the store and ordered a foot long flat bread sandwich and the young man fixing the sandwich asked the young lady working with him how many slices were to be place the sandwich. She looked up at me an rolled her eyes and said four. I knew that that was wrong, but did not want to start any problems. I am a person of color and feel that had something to do with her attitude. I checked on the computer to make sure I was right and the number of slices is suppose to be 8 not 4 for a 12 inch sandwich.I guess if you go to the Subway in Forest Grove you need to be white to have your order right.

Highly disappointed. Upon entering was greeted that was a plus. Zero interest in helping us with our order though or making any of our sandwiches woth any care. Two of the 6 inch subs overloaded with sauce / mayo. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap asked if we could warm the chicken or chicken and wrap was told no, strange but ok. Lettuce was brown and yucky, spinach wilted, I was given 2 small tomatoes when I asked him to please make it a wrap vs a taco (it was pretty small could have been done) he looked at me messed with the wrap and wrapped it quickly cashed us out. I inquired about our total was told the wrap was $11 don't see that total on the sign but again just paid and sat down as we were all hungry. I opened my wrap only to see it still a taco not wrapped and the bad veggies on it. Gad to eat what I could with a fork disappointed in paying 3 extra dollars just to throw the wrap away.

Went through the drive through last week and whoever made my sandwiches couldn't have messed up my order more if she literally tried. I asked for 2 sandwiches, one was an Italian with EVERY veggie EXCEPT olives. She even read a couple back to me as she was making it and I clarified every one EXCEPT OLIVES. The other turkey with 5 total veggiesItalian: about three shreds of lettuce, 2 slices of cucumbers, and then a PILE of olives. Nothing else. Also told me they didn’t carry Italian dressing…for an Italian…said they don’t carry salad dressings despite every other one I’ve ever been to having it. Hmm.Turkey; nothing on it except about 4 slices of jalapenos and 2 cucumbers. Sounds tasty right? Both sandwiches were so thin and sad looking, after waiting 15 min in the drive through how is it even POSSIBLE to get something so wrong??? Obviously I listed more than two veggies, obviously I had specified what to leave OFF...if you forget/get mixed up, why not ASK??? And even then, how can you put like 2 things of each and look at that and think to yourself "yep that looks good let's charge $15 a piece for that". Unfortunately I got all the way home to see how bad they were.Either I was pranked, or this place hires people who have absolutely no common sense or care. Either way I guess I'll be trying the one in Cornelius from now on.
