Never seen slower employees anywhere else. Customer service was horrible. They handed my food to another customer that opened it and they didnt even offer to replace it after the other customer touched my food. No sense of urgency. People waited longer than 5 minutes before someone came up to the counter to help.

Super small parking lot causing issues trying to navigate around other customers trying to get to drive-thru or in/out of parking spaces. Drive-thru line blocks cars in parking lot from being able to leave.
Service was slow. Wasn't busy and food still took too long to get.
Restrooms...toilet was broken/wouldn't flush but still in service. Flush handle was obviously coming loose.

Got the cheesy rice and beans burrito.
Dinged them for service because you can't order from a human any more and they gave me less than half of the hot sauces I requested.

I used to visit this location more frequently, but the last several months I'd have to been desperate to order there.
There's a guy that works on night shift that looks and sounds so miserable. I kid you not, everytime I've gone and he's at the drive through, I have had missing items, very low quality, and just overall bad customer service... And my expectations are not even all that high.
Living in FG there isn't all that many fast food places open at night, so I hope it changes for the better at some point.
Well I don’t really review many fast food places but I will make an exception. I order via the drive through. I order “x1 beef chalupa w/ x1 soft beef taco”, then I order a #6 (x2 chicken chalupas w/ x1 crunchy taco). I say “…and a #6 with also beef chalupas instead of chicken and a soft taco instead of crunchy”. Well they repeated back “ok #6 chalupas beef with soft taco not crunchy” I say yes then grab my order and then drive home (first mistake but I’m trusting). I drive back because I got chicken. The girl acts all attitudish and said (mumbles) that she repeated chicken back to me and the whole order and I said that she didn’t say chicken. And I can confidently say this because I 100% order this every time I come to Taco Bell. Well she says nothing and just walks away to show my receipt to the employees that are making the orders and she says to them that she repeated my whole order back to me. The employee then hands me my correct order and I say thank you to him and I leave my old order there. Ultimately this isn’t the worst experience I’ve had here or other fast food places. But this experience just reminded me of why I rarely order Taco Bell. It’s overpriced now and the service is subpar to put it nicely. I will stick to my usual now and drive the extra 10 minutes to Chick-fil-A which is better food, healthier, about the same price, and MUCH better service (even when mixups happen). I have definitely made mistakes when ordering, and I own up to those. I wasn’t a jerk or anything, but I know when someone repeats an order to me in full and it simply didn’t happen so no I’m not going to go along with your attitude/ delusions especially when my passenger heard the same thing I did. 🤷🏻♂️ Good luck Taco Bell, mistakes happen but there’s no need for attitude.

Self-checkout should have never been incorporated into the fast food industry..., it gave the employees an "open-ended invitation" to never make eye contact with folks on the other side of the counter.

I love eating here.. not only am I able to get the full menu at most taco bells, but there breakfast burritos are great too .( U can get a steak burrito in the am), I love that I can get my burritos grilled, or swap chicken or steak for their beef.
Vegetarian options: They have 2 types of beans,( black and refried), rice options ( I believe there are 2 types), potatoes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps to get inside, wheelchair accessible tables to eat at.

Seems like they are all miserable working there and you can taste the negativity in the food. Terrible customer service and rude. Anything else? Is literally said after every word in the drive thru and when you pull up to the window they mean mugg you. Tortillas were very burnt and potatoes tasted like they were from yesterday. Don’t waste your money here especially on breakfast.

I've placed 7 orders here, and this spot didn't include the fire sauce packets I added to my order every single time.
Thanks to the penny pinching idiots managing the place for ruining every Uber Eats delivery I've had so far.
