I'm so Tired of my order being wrong from this location I have lived in this area for 20 years and it seems the last 5 years this location has disappointed again and again. Another disappointing visit to this location. I am so tired of it. I am done I will not be back. So now I cannot get a refund from the new Volcano sauce because they were out of it. They owe me $22.07.

I tried to order threw through the drive through and it was Ai, Ai got it wrong several times! I decided to walk in. I placed my order and when I got home it was totally wrong! I did come back two weeks later and walked in. A gal walked up next to me complaining to the manager that the person at the window got ripped off of $29.00. The manager refused to give her the change that was due! The woman stated that the change had to go into her gas tank and she was on empty! (This was a older woman and not a scammer) She said she was just at the window and wanted her correct change back. The manager did nothing but talk down to her and embarrass her! At that time I decided to give the poor woman a $20.00 bill. She said she wasn't done with them and walked out the same time i did! I did ask for the manager and told him that they need to get rid of that Ai garbage, he declined. So far, I visited this Wendy's two times and will there will not be a third time!

we haven’t been to Taco Bell in over a year because the food was so poor. We decided to go this evening after New Year’s and the food was wonderful. The crunchy wrap the Mexican pizza was wonderful good quality too.

Last few times I have gone to get dinner at 2am there intercom says they are closed but signs say 5am and workers are in there doing nothing. Change your signs if your no longer open till 5am

Be aware!! Do not trust them with your food. “Managers” breath smelled like alcohol and literally had alcohol coming out of her pours. kids in the back were passing the weed pen around. The whole staff is high/drunk. They screwed up the order and thought we wouldn’t catch it but as soon as I check the bag and mentioned to them. They turn around and hand me the rest of the food within seconds. Makes me feel like they might have known exactly what they were doing. They were rude and cussing the whole time when I’m trying to get the correct order. After that experience I throw all the bags of food away. I’m not gonna have my kids and wife get food poisoning. Waist of money!!!! Don’t trust the way they Handel your meal! Shady business practice! If only I could give them negative starts..

The crew at this location got our order wrong and forgot to give us one of our burritos, when we went inside they refused to give us the other burrito and smelled like alcohol and weed. 0/10 the staff here needs to be held accountable for less than serviceable customer service

Never seen slower employees anywhere else. Customer service was horrible. They handed my food to another customer that opened it and they didnt even offer to replace it after the other customer touched my food. No sense of urgency. People waited longer than 5 minutes before someone came up to the counter to help.

Super small parking lot causing issues trying to navigate around other customers trying to get to drive-thru or in/out of parking spaces. Drive-thru line blocks cars in parking lot from being able to leave.
Service was slow. Wasn't busy and food still took too long to get.
Restrooms...toilet was broken/wouldn't flush but still in service. Flush handle was obviously coming loose.
