Caramel Moccacino was so delicious! Ambience is cozy and homely. There are also teaching rooms where you can learn and read very well.

Horrible Experience. Went with my girlfriend after being skeptical of the place. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and was told the wait would be about 15 minutes. So we waited about 20 minutes until I left because we also needed other things. I returned to no sandwiches 20 minutes later (40 minutes now). When I complained the people didn’t know what to do so I demanded a refund and the system didn’t work. They tried to give us a gift card but will not be coming back! Do not come here, it is a simple waste of a lot of time

Ordered a burrito and it was way bigger than I was expecting which was great for the price. A quiet little cozy place. Would go back.

The food was amazing and their pumpkin spice cold brew was to die for. The crew is amazing and so put together. They run a tight ship. Can’t believe I never knew they existed. Everything has been amazing.

A very nice little place my friend introduced me to. We sat outside in front. Nice peaceful area. Upstairs has a quiet study area and conference room, a good option for students.

Parking: The Church next door allows overflow parking.

Finally visited this place for the first time! It's very cute! Had a nice brunch out on the porch. The bagel sandwich and chai latte were pretty good. The best part were the macarons, which I tried this evening! They were great! I'll definitely be back for those!

I really wanted to give this place a good review as it is in my new neighborhood, so it would have been a joy to be able to walk a few blocks to have breakfast. So, no wait staff; you have to order at the counter, then pay and it asks for a tip prior to any service. At the table there is NO silverware, napkins, salt and pepper, or condiments. Now, the food comes and the the eggs are over done (I ask for over medium) and only one of the yolks was part way runny. The edges were crispy due to the grill being too hot, nor were they cooked in butter, but oil. I only received one piece of unbuttered toast, two pieces of bacon, and just a handful of fried potatoes that were still white in color, not a golden brown. And still no condiments, but I did get a fork, knife and one tiny paper napkin. On to the cashier; very cold, not even a smile or hello. She looked miserable. Then, when you are done eating, you must bus your own dishes! I was the only one there when it was time to go and she never said anything; not a good-bye, have a nice day, thanks for coming in, can I get you anything else, nothing! And they expect tips????? Only good things; cute place and strong coffee.

Parking: There is street parking. After you've already parked, and once you get up to the entrance, there's a note saying that you can park in the neighbor church's parking lot except on Sunday during services. They might want to put a sign out on the sidewalk area about the parking availability.

This is what they call a Cafe Mocha. I don’t even mind that the cafe was mediocre, but I do mind that the cashier visibly and obviously hated her job and being at work. Whatever problems you have, I think you should leave them outside the door, or take a day off of work if not.

The cashier lady was rude, unprofessional, and nasty. The place got flies flying inside. The drinks are nasty. My hot chocolate tastes like microwaved chocolate milk. Don’t go here.
