I NEVER give 5 stars unless I'm blown away. Guess what? I was blown away!
Food: First off I loved that every item was cut into perfect bite-sized pieces. My biggest annoyance with teriyaki dishes is the big pieces of cabbage and a half-chopped-up chicken breast. Not here at Chobi Teriyaki, you can taste the time invested in making each dish with pride and excellence. With its deep Teriyaki flavor, the uplifting hint of ginger, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top of a phenomenally prepared heap of crunchy broccoli, purple cabbage, green onion, and carrots. This is a winning combination!
Service: Our order was taken by a woman with a beautiful smile and a kind heart making sure our order was perfect. A cheery gentleman later popped out of the food cart window to give us our order with the biggest smile. You can tell he was proud to serve the dishes he just made.
Atmosphere: This is a food cart in a food cart pod. Just a few parking spots but I would walk miles to eat here. š I only wish I lived closer.

Ordered at 10:36, with 3 orders ahead of ours. The guy said it would be 10-15 minutes. Had two breakfast burritos. Finally got our food at 11:14. Burritos were ok. Don't recommend.

Patty is amazing and kind and had great local recommendations for us! The food here is amazing, and a great deal! We came early in the morning and she had so many tasty options. We got the spam bowls, and veggie bowls and she had ginger and sriracha available to make the food even better! She is an amazing person and was so great to talk to, we will definitely come back whenever weāre in the area!

Delicious! Decided to head to the coast today, ended up in Garibaldi at lunchtime. Saw on google maps that there was a food truck, so we went to check it out. It wasnāt just one, there were 4! Decided on this place because the menu looked so yummy - - hard to choose so we narrowed it down to 3 things to share - Vegetable Bowl with Tofu, Chibi Rolls with Chicken and Musubi. All were delicious. There is an outdoor area with several picnic tables, a bathroom and parking lot across the street. We will definitely be stopping by next time we are in the area.

I found this gem today after a day of fishing, and if you thought grade A customer service is dead this is a MUST GO. The owner and his wife were so kind and patient while I checked there menu and answered everything and the made to order food was super fresh, will make it a point to stop here everytime I'm in town

So this amazing food truck is located right here on Highway 101 in Garibaldi, OR. I met both of the owners. Her husband, Tom is super friendly, and Patty, who I believe is a ray of sunshine on this cloudy coast. So I ordered the musubi. They are huge and tasty. One crumbled musubi into a bowl is am more than a serving. I will be back. Iām looking forward to trying out her other entrĆ©es. There are plenty of picnic tables out in the open. Behind her food truck is a beautiful, covered place to eat your lunch out of the rain or the hot sun. Stop by and let her cook for you. Super kind owners in a really nice spot in Garibaldi, OR.
