“This pizza place was an unexpected treat! Some friends and I stopped in this past weekend, it's a small place down by the marina, we weren't expecting much. What we found was fantastic wood-fired pizza in a cool restaurant with awesome service. They had a good selection of beers on tap too.”
“Got three beverages and they were all perfect. Hemp milk was frothed just right, no burn. Soy beverage was great too. Good prices for coffee that actually wakes you.Staff was all very sweet and helpful too, will definitely make an excuse to stop here every time we pass by.Dietary restrictions: All the alternative milks, hemp, soy, almond, coconut. Good milk brands too.”
“I look forward to going every time, better food than you would imagine, I recommend it to everyone,I love them and everything they have accomplished, and I will see them soon.”
“5/5 !!!Hands down the best Chinese located on the north Oregon coast.Cannot beat the $5 for 6 potstickers w/ chili oil. The portions are great for the price too, total was $15 for general tsao chicken, rice & a double order of the mac salad + the potstickers!Solid good price for lunch or dinner. The woman that cooks the food and runs this spot is so nice, and it is very obvious she takes pride in her cooking! Be sure to try this gem when you have the time or are driving through Garibaldi with an appetite! ??”
“Good cocktails. The food wasn't anything special or exceptionally flavorful but it tasted decent especially compared to another place we went to that was a lot pricier with disgusting food. The best part of the meal was the sweet potato fries. However for my partner the blackened shrimp poboy was inedible yet we were still charged for half of it. Customer service was fine, just short staffed with only one lady running the entire bar area but she was great. Tried to return another time 30 mins before close but we were told we couldn’t eat which is ok, but noted just as a heads up since restaurants differ on that kind of thing.”
“My wife, a friend and I were in Garibaldi. This place was open for lunch. The restaurant was fairly funky inside, albeit clean. The restaurant had a mixture of tables, booths and a long counter with backless stools. We chose a booth. The efficient waitress immediately showed up and we ordered. We had a shrimp salad, a burger, and a clam strip basket. According to my informants, the shrimp salad was very flavorful and the burger was the best tasting they had had in years. My clam strips had excellent flavor, however, about 40% were tough and hard to bite through while 60% were tender. The basket came with the best French Fries I've had in 2023 - very crispy on the outside, hot and soft on the inside. The basket came with an acceptable tartar sauce and some creamy coleslaw. The total bill was $47 and change. Even with a 20% tip, that came out to less than 20 dollars per person, which is normal in these post covid times. Based on our experience I can totally recommend this place.”
“We went pretty late and missed the view but the inside was like a dungeon. Pretty outdated and uninviting. The drinks/food were pretty good just lacked presentation. The service was great and we appreciate it ??”
“Great place!!! A little hard to find, but well worth it! The food is excellent and everyone is super friendly. The fish sandwich is outstanding. But you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Great drinks and specials as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Side entrance for wheelchair access. Wide open space once inside.”
“Craving that hole-in-the-wall bar experience where everyone knows your name? Look no further than Ghost Hole Bar, the charming coastal hangout that feels like home. This local legend may look a little rough around the edges, but don't let that fool you - the drinks are cheap and the characters are priceless.- Well-worn wooden bar has seen it all, from sailors to bikers to you- Jukebox filled with classics to sing along and reminisce to- Get lucky with lottery tickets and video poker to pass the time- No fancy frills, just good times with salt-of-the-earth localsNestled right on the coast, Ghost Hole Bar attracts an eclectic crowd of lifelong regulars and visitors looking to soak up authentic local flavor. Sip on ice-cold beers, Bloody Marys garnished with olives and celery, and mimosas for the morning crowd. Chat up Mary, the sweet old lady who knows everyone's business. And don't worry about the lack of BLTs on the menu - the burgers and fried seafood are well worth it.Ghost Hole Bar isn't flashy, but it's got heart. For a no-fuss spot to kick back and feel part of a community, this is the place. Don't overthink it - just belly up to the bar and make some memories.”
“Kids asked if we can stop here again. Food was delicious!Kids oredered from the kids menu. They got chicken strips and Cheeseburger. Zero complaints. Chowder is house made and super yummy. Hubby loved the philly!”
“I am writing to give praise to your employee Gregory ,the dinning area was shut down because of being short staffed ,he had his cool and made us feel so welcome ,when I asked what his name was so I could write a review ,after his awe thank you he wanted to make sure I included the other workers there ,Jeff and Jack , this young man is a delight and so hard to find these days”
“Every bite I've ever eaten from Bay City Kitchen has been delicious. From salad to dessert and every bite in-between, the food is always delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly. It's a small place. You order at the counter and your food is delivered to the table. Water, napkins, and utensils are self-serve, don't expect traditional table service. Most menu items are available frozen/refrigerated, so a last-minute dinner to go is easy. Choose your dishes, pay, and go.Good beer & wine options plus some out-of-the-ordinary non-alcoholic beverages. Not a huge list, but all quality selections.Sunday dinner is always a prix fixe menu that includes salad, entree, and dessert. As of 3/3/24 the Sunday dinner was $30/person.Highly recommended.”
“The two ladies in the kitchen can cook. The coconut prawns are out of this world good. The soup Tom Kha with tofu hit the spot, I’m drinking the broth.Pad Se Ew (spelling) thick noodle dish with beef and veggies, excellent.Prick Kiong (nope, not spelled correctly) with chicken is amazing! If you’re in Tillamook, Cape Meares, or close to this joint, it’s definitely worth stopping by. We got the food to go.10 stars, will go again, one of everything please.”
“SOOO GOOD! I don’t remember the last time I enjoyed a burrito so much. I can see why they get such good reviews. Perfectly seasoned. My husband got enchiladas and highly recommends them as well. Can’t wait to eat here again. Portions were generous too. I have leftovers.”
“GREAT FOOD, EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE! If you live ANYWHERE near Tillamook and don't eat at RECESS you are missing out! They listen to what you want and you get what you ordered. WOW, what a concept, what a menu. (Jen can cook!)”
“We were thrilled to find something that was healthy and delicious! The food is so good and fresh! We aren't staying in the town of wheeler but we'll make the short drive for the next 2 days to eat here!”
“comfortable atmosphere and great food. We had the french dip and the werner burger. Both were very tasty. tried the new item...... espresso martini. Tasty as well. We are from out of state but will go again next time in town. Be sure and stop by the retail outlet next door for great prices on their fresh jerky.”
“Delicious food with friendly and quick service! Great vegan options, we got vegan burritos and agua fresca. Both were excellent, some of the best we’ve ever had!”
“Giant burrito smothered with sauce (#6) is delicious. It was suggested and I will never stop thanking her for the idea. The shredded beef is delicious, every time, whatever they marinate it in is heaven, and the meat is so tender. THE best drive through food I've had in my life for sure.”
“This place rules. They have several vegan options, staff are aware of what is/not vegan, portions are ENORMOUS, and the food was great. This will definitely be a regular stop for me during coast trips.”
“Current Cafe catered an event for my family in September. The sandwiches and chowder were delicious. All the details of coordination from dining setup, menu and cleanup were excellent and truly showed that a small community like Oceanside has an outstanding cafe that is to be proud of. Thank you Current Cafe and team for making my Mom's life celebration perfect in every way!”
“Food was delicious. We had the sopas, birria tacos, taco salad and tacos combo plate. Everyone was beyond satisfied with their food. It came out hot, delicious and full of flavor. Nice covered sitting area to enjoy the food in!”
“I am so happy we stopped here! We got a regular chicken burrito, and the Gorditas. The burrito was cheesy, hot and delicious, but I would HIGHLY recommend the Gorditas! Top notch, and keep up the awesome work!”
“ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT cake!! My son loved his Birthday cake and the whole experience ordering and picking up was easy and fun. Highly recommend getting your cake here!”
“The food is amazing ! The service is outstanding. The people are on top of everything and personable. This is our new go to place. I can't say enough great things about them and the food! You have to try it!”
“First time eating here and I was hoping it would be as good as the last food cart that was at this location. Did not disappoint! I had the Nana's Turkey sandwich and it was amazing! If you're considering trying this food cart, do yourself a favor and try it out. This will be one of my new favorites in Tillamook!”
“Stopped on a drive down to seaside and got grilled ham and cheese and grilled cheese, was a amazing simple and cheap lunch so on the drive home I stopped and got the breakfast sandwich, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast burritos, and the burritos were amazing did not expect pulled pork to work so well but that with the real eggs and potato’s was just a 10/10 and the biscuits and gravy was a 8/10 needed a little salt and pepper but if you like from scratch biscuits then a 10 easy, and the breakfast bagel sandwich was simple yet still done with all real eggs and real cheese definitely a permanent stop on the coast from now on ?”
“Michael helped us switch to Verizon with ease! 4 new phones plus internet for $100 cheaper than our last carrier. Everyone in the store was super friendly. It was a pain free experience!!?”
“I stop here when I pass through Tillamook. Coffee is good. But the Breakfast burritos are what make me remember them.Flawless victory on the burritos, perfect, don't ever change. they could easily bump the price, but have stayed at 4.75 for the basic egg/sausage/cheese. if your going camping, buy these they keep well in a cooler.”
“Really excellent!! We tried Cod, halibut, and calamari. All three were super tasty. The halibut, which was my order was so meaty. The ratio of batter to fish was like 90% fish and worth every penny. Little the right little spice in the calamari. The french fries are those ones that taste just slightly battered! Perfect! The people were very friendly.Out door standing, uncovered tables, so be ready if it's raining...but it's the Oregon coast so you probably already are!”
