Tillamook County needs this food cart. The regular staples on the menu are well balanced and full of flavor. But the specials y’all…. The specials are so diverse, bringing flavor to Tillamook like no one else. Things like Pork belly melts (so buttery), special smash burgers (like with wild chanterelles this week), beef and lamb gyros. I’ve never walked away still hungry, occasionally leftovers. If you like flavor, you’ll love this place.

Had a roasted garlic double smash burger today with a couple great de Garde wild ales while visiting the brewery. All I can say is, this was absolutely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my entire life! Just WOW! Deeeeelicious! Blown away!

Got the burger special and chicken wrap. Both great but especially loved the burger as it was unique.

We came to have beers at De Garde Brewery in Tillamook and were happy to see a food truck right next door - you can see it in the photo taken from inside De Garde how close it is. The guy in De Garde said we could order food from the food truck and bring it inside and have with our beers! WIN WIN! We each got the double smash burger along with a pulled pork hatch chile sandwich… the pork/chile sandwich was so so good BUT I must admit their burgers are as good a burger as I have ever had anywhere. If you like to try different types of sandwiches they have lots of options and the pork hatch chile sandwich is an amazing choice. But if you are into burgers and want to have a burger perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients that melts in your mouth get the burger! Or get one of each like I did!

Fresh vegetables on the veggie wrap, great slaw, welcoming and friendly, and right next to a tap room where you can eat inside!

The place was so nice, with cute seating and the staff was so lovely and nice. The food was incredible, and the burger was the best burger I have had in all of Portland, possibly ever. Would come back at any opportunity.

Holy wow! We were just passing through Tillamook on our way home and needed a quick bite—what we got was one of the best meals of our entire trip. We tried a mix of sandwiches and bowls, and every bite was incredible. My chicken sandwich was next-level delicious. This place deserves all the hype. I only wish we’d had time to hang out and check out the taproom next door. We’re already dreaming up a future trip just to come back!

The garlic havarti burger is incredible. Wow! Every single ingredient on this burger was picked with care. It’s delicious. Highly recommend Country Squire Kitchen. We got there when there was a bit of a line, and it was well worth the wait.

Tried the smash burger and the chicken wrap with tater salad today, WOW, an absolute flavor bomb. The smash burger was perfectly seared, juicy, and stacked, crispy edges, melty cheese, and that fresh-off-the-grill taste. The chicken wrap surprised me in the best way, swarma'y', bold Mediterranean/Middle Eastern vibes. Magical! The tater salad was creamy, but with a twist, black olives. Yum! Nice little small town gem.

Food is absolutely delicious! The owner is a chef and a magician in the kitchen. The specials I ordered blended so many unique and delicious flavors! I drove up from Lincoln City and am glad I stopped by! I can’t wait to come back and try something freshly made!

Country Squire Kitchen is dialed in. This isn’t just some flat-top burger cart — this is actual food, made with care, with flavor that punches way above the fold-out tent level.

I had the pork wrap, which leans more falafel than burrito. Wrapped tight, layered with spice, rich without being greasy. You can tell the seasoning came from a real hand, not a shaker. My daughter’s chicken rice bowl had that perfect grill-char depth - not dry, not drowned - just balanced. My buddy got the chicken melt and barely looked up from it, which says all you need to know.

Yeah, it’s not lightning fast. But they know that. They give you a little pager like you’re in some sleek sushi bar, and it works. Gives you time to hang out, chat, enjoy the scene. When the food shows up, you forget how long you waited. Worth it.

Pork bowl was as delicious as it was beautiful, and a great portion for $14.
