Tillamook County needs this food cart. The regular staples on the menu are well balanced and full of flavor. But the specials y’all…. The specials are so diverse, bringing flavor to Tillamook like no one else. Things like Pork belly melts (so buttery), special smash burgers (like with wild chanterelles this week), beef and lamb gyros. I’ve never walked away still hungry, occasionally leftovers. If you like flavor, you’ll love this place.

Had a roasted garlic double smash burger today with a couple great de Garde wild ales while visiting the brewery. All I can say is, this was absolutely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my entire life! Just WOW! Deeeeelicious! Blown away!

We came to have beers at De Garde Brewery in Tillamook and were happy to see a food truck right next door - you can see it in the photo taken from inside De Garde how close it is. The guy in De Garde said we could order food from the food truck and bring it inside and have with our beers! WIN WIN! We each got the double smash burger along with a pulled pork hatch chile sandwich… the pork/chile sandwich was so so good BUT I must admit their burgers are as good a burger as I have...
