What Dairy Queen runs out of chocolate ice cream. The staff wasn't very friendly, the cook was wearing a backwards baseball cap and chewing gum leaning over the counter, tables were not very clean. I would expect more from a food chain like DQ. Not to mention the ice cream cones were overpriced.

I have come to Dairy Queen on two different occasions from TILLAMOOK only to be told that the ice cream machine was down today. I called and they said it’s working so my son went over to get some and they said it wasn’t working so I immediately called back and said you just said it was working she said that it literally just broke down and she was trying to get it and that I should call back so I called back and it was still broke down and she said well just try to call back in the 15 minutes so I tried to call back one more time and a guy answers and he is rude and he hangs up on me after I’m trying to ask him a question so I called back and I ask him what his name is and again he hung up on me if these are the kind of business practices, the businesses want to run around here they’re not gonna get very much further. Dairy Queen is going down big time and it’s just a shame that they can’t hire people who have good business skills granted they may be kids, but their kids should be taught respect as well. They’ve just lost the customer and I’m sure they won’t care because obviously how they treat their customers this you know I’ve wasted gas twice coming out here just to be treated like this.

Can the workers here be any more rude every time I’ve been here the people at the counter are like aggravatingly rude, even though I did nothing but walk in and every time I’ve seen like a dude with glasses behind where the grill is, he’s always just staring at people shaking his head.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I have been told twice that because I have a large family we can not come there for blizzards. Their ice cream machine doesn't work. This came from a worker at this DQ. The last time we were there, there was a hair in my son's ranch. The worker closest to the ranch cups that were being filled had hair down to her middle back and no hair net. She had a hat on and the it pulled back in a low ponytail. It was flopping all over the place. Over her shoulder. It wasnt sanitary. I told the works all they did was roll their eyes and look at each other. Nothing was offered to fix the situation. Later we heard yelling from behind the counter. In my opinion this DQ location should be closed. Its been a problem here for a while.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They locked both doors (I'm on foot) and told me I had to order through the drive-thru. The employees looked at me like I was crazy for being a little annoyed. There was no reason why you couldn't order from the inside, but whatever.

I got a giant fat dipped cone. Hilariously shaped. Loved it, cone was dipped well all the way down to the actual cone which was nice. Daughter loved her chicken strips and fries.

I work here in Garibaldi and sometimes Dairy Queen is the only place to get some food at. I've seen this location go through its highs and low the light the last two years. But I'm sad to admit that it's just a poor location overall. The wait time for your food is insanely long, an average of 15 minutes in the drive through, that's not an exaggeration. When you get the food it's usually cold or, as you can see in the photo, always lacking (I've never had a large fry that was actually a LARGE fry..). They have a quick turn around rate for their workers (mostly young kids from the area) and 7 out of 10 times they have an attitude with the customers.. I really try hard to love this location, but time and time again they just fail to satisfy or even come close to satisfy. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.
