No ice cream, no sprite cause they ran out of flavoring and no mastosrela sticks, bad customer service and hard to get in cause of construction.
Food was sub par... ordered two chicken strip baskets. They were the DRIEST chicken strips I've ever had! Fries were soggy, Texas toast was just what it said, a dried out piece of toast.
On top of that, the cook had hair down on his shoulders and a beard that was at least six inches long. No beard net, only thing was a greasy ball cap. Hair was hanging loose from underneath. Also, no gloves worn during the meal prep.
Will say that the ppl at the counter were courteous. And the girl working the front had her hair restrained... why not the person preparing the food??
Since when is it okay to charge nearly $5 for a small dipped cone? Never again!
by far the slowest DQ ever... and its absolutely filthy.
the food is a hit or miss. don't bother doordashing it.... it's will always be late. but that not really DQs fault.
the fries are also always cold and this place LOVES ketchup... everything you have will be smothered in ketchup.

WENT THROUGH DRIVE THRU PULLED IN PARKING LOT TO CHECK MY FOOD. MY FRIES WERE COLD TOOK THEM BACK, I GOT FRESH HOT FRIES , THEN I UNWRAPPED MY CHEESE BURGER & THE WRAPPER HAD A LOT OF GREASE & THE BOTTOM BUN WAS FULL OF GREASE, SO I TOOK IT BACK IN. I WAS HANDED A NEW BURGER. GOT BACK TO THE TRUCK, & MY BURGER WAS COLD, THE CHEESE WASN'T MELTED. WHEN I WAS INSIDE, THE PLACE IS DIRTY , THE EMPLOYEES LOOKED DIRTY & THE SO CALLED COOK WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL! WE WERE CHARGED $27 FOR 3 DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS A LARGE ROOT BEER & A LARGE FRY. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THIS DAIRY QUEEN IN GARABALDI

Two over the normal weight limit girls were standing in the front scaring your customers away. They are making your restaurant look bad.

I have concerns about the cleanliness of the soda fountain in the drive through due to the taste of mold in the watered down Pepsi. The French fries were cold and stale, the lady at the window could care less to be there, and the wait was ridiculous considering they had the inside closed on a weekend and were only working on one order at a time. The burger was fine, but literally everything about your experience at this restaurant will be disappointing. It's sad because this dairy queen used to be one of the finest fast food locations for miles. The lack of management has allowed this place to go on my list of never eat again. This location has the potential to be one of the highest gross locations with proper management and staff thqt even just care 10% more than the people there now. Again, I don't have high expectations for fast food. But my frys shouldn't be stale and cold, my soda shouldn't taste like water (when I order no ice) and taste like mold, and the person ordering your food could atleast try not to sound like she's going to stab you with a spork.

Paid $28 and waited in line in the drive thru for, no joke, 20+ minutes just to have our food ice cold and our blizzards melted.

We stop really quick because we want burgers !! I order 2 cheeseburgers meals one with a Sunday and chicken strips they take to long to give it to me and the ? both was cold ? fries was soggy , chicken taste like the oil was old . The Sunday only it was good.What a bummer!!!
I can’t return back because we was just passing by and we was so hungry!!.

I went to your establishment on 8/8/2024. I am not one to complain, but this one is getting it. I have been to many DQ in my time. We were driving thru and wanted to stop for a quick bite to eat. We ordered 6 plain cheeseburgers and 1 small fry. We sat at the window and waited for over 30 min with absolutely no interaction from the staff, no updates, nothing. She took my money at the very beginning (otherwise I would have driven off) I had to stop a lady and ask for an update, and she just walked off without saying anything to me. Then I waited for another girl (the one who took our order) and she was obviously annoyed with me, telling me this is not fast food and how there were like 15 people in the lobby ahead of me and how I need to be patient. Well at this point my husband has had it, he goes inside to request a refund. The girl is annoyed and telling him they are not a fast food restaurant, and how we need to be patient. Then your cook comes out, what a treat he is!! And he wants to argue about how he has 3/6 burgers done and how wasteful we are being. Then throws the food in the trash while throwing his little temper tantrum. You had 1 employee that came out to apologize, that's it. The car behind us in the drive thru (who also had ordered) left.... so I hope the owner is reading this. You need new employees, or a better manager. Your employees argued with customers and personally told us to never come back, and reading some of these other comments, wow!!

I stopped by on a Saturday evening at 7pm. There were two cars ahead of me in the drive thru and one car in the parking lot. The person taking my order was very rude. I ordered a lrg moo latte and she seemed annoyed that that was all. I waited in line for 30 minutes, 20 minutes of that was spent waiting for the person in front of me to get their order. I finally decided to leave without my order.
