Every time I stop no matter what time of day their machine is down or they are out of ice cream. How can you be an ice cream place and never serve ice cream? Don't even bother to stop here. Poor management and owners that either can't maintenance their machines or order correctly. Either way, worst place ever. They should just close their doors.

Showed up at 7:40pm on Monday when operating hours state they are open until 10pm and they were closed with no vehicles in their parking lot. I understand at times closing a couple minutes early when there is no activity, but over 2 hours early is unacceptable. Update your operating hours or staff your business for the hours you have listed.

Tried to order through door dash, waited an hour for them to even confirm the order at all, which never happened. Wasn't exactly pleased with that result after an entire day of driving.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I just wanted to put out here that this was not our experience. The staff was friendly and fun, the food came out fast and hot, the restaurant was clean. I almost didn’t want to come in because of the reviews, but they’re wrong the staff we had are awesome.

So...Google shows open til 10. The open sign on the building was on. It said drive through was open. However...I was told that the kitchen closes early on Thursdays for maintenance??? Everything says open...but the employee says they are closed. Make up your mind! Lol! Too bad I wasted a half hour drive for a blizzard...that I didn't get.

What Dairy Queen runs out of chocolate ice cream. The staff wasn't very friendly, the cook was wearing a backwards baseball cap and chewing gum leaning over the counter, tables were not very clean. I would expect more from a food chain like DQ. Not to mention the ice cream cones were overpriced.

I have come to Dairy Queen on two different occasions from TILLAMOOK only to be told that the ice cream machine was down today. I called and they said it’s working so my son went over to get some and they said it wasn’t working so I immediately called back and said you just said it was working she said that it literally just broke down and she was trying to get it and that I should call back so I called back and it was still broke down and she said well just try to call back in the 15 minutes so I tried to call back one more time and a guy answers and he is rude and he hangs up on me after I’m trying to ask him a question so I called back and I ask him what his name is and again he hung up on me if these are the kind of business practices, the businesses want to run around here they’re not gonna get very much further. Dairy Queen is going down big time and it’s just a shame that they can’t hire people who have good business skills granted they may be kids, but their kids should be taught respect as well. They’ve just lost the customer and I’m sure they won’t care because obviously how they treat their customers this you know I’ve wasted gas twice coming out here just to be treated like this.
