This place is nuts I feel bad for the employees being understaffed and without any resources but I had to walk out after watching the employee grab raw chicken strips with their ungloved hand and then come ring up someone without washing there hands and then go grab raw beef patties and do it. I literally left and drove another 15 miles to McDonald’s to prevent food poisoning.

Gah, whenever we’re in town I always say “we’re not coming back here…” but I do and I always regret it. This time though? Holy wow they were horrible! Gave us a blizzard that wasn’t even frozen! They’re always slow here but 25 mins waiting in the drive thru, and once I got to the window I was asked what my order was…this locations needs better management. I guarantee that’s what the issue is.

The only star goes to the girl who tried to help out after seeing our frustration with this situation. She was amazing. Other than that, worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve also never left a review anywhere before, but this was so bad I had to. First we placed our order online, we arrive and they say their kitchen didn’t get the order but they will start it. No problem , so we wait for the order, which takes forever, receive it and go home. Open the food to see that they forgot half of our order so we call and ask for a refund instead of driving all the way back. He tell us no, he can remake it though. So we reluctantly drive all the way back, and then after we come in he THEN starts the order. And only remade the things he forgot. So we had to ask him to remake the rest as well because our food from the first order is already well over 40 minutes old. So now we are waiting for a third time because he’s trying to take any short cut possible. He signs very loudly and groans and goes to the back and makes the rest. Which was still done poorly, for example he couldn’t even butter the toast. The girl gave us our food and sauces and asked if we needed anything else.

Despite coming in on a slow Tuesday afternoon, it still took 15 mins to get our food. And another 15mins after ordering dessert to get our ice cream. They actually had forgot I ordered it (I had just ordered it after lunch) even though I was standing there holding my receipt the whole time. What else would i be doing? While waiting for the ice cream, I watched the same guy who was handling cash at the register, prepare the cones, do drive thru orders, help the cook put food into bags and pull up his pants several times wearing the same single use gloves. He had the same pair on the entire time I was standing there. Not one person there seemed to know what they were doing, the 3 workers were constantly asking eachother how to do things. It was a very odd experience.

The guy taking our order was extremely rude, and it took over 10 minutes to make 2 Blizzards for my wife and I. When we got home the Blizzards were completely wrong, the next day my wife and I had food poisoning. Such a bad experience will never go here again.. wow shame on this company for allowing such standards..

Waited 45 mins at the actual window for food with no clients inside and I was the only one in line. My burger cold, blizzard melting, soda was flavorless and flat. The place looked really dirty from what could see from the window. Never

My daughter was so excited to order an ice cream cake for her birthday. The employees really struggled with the order and told me there were issues on what colors they were allowed to use. I told them that we can be flexible, the icing colors really don't matter. She is just excited for first ice cream cake. Well when we went to try it the blue frosting all along the bottom edge and all along the top tastes like nail polish remover! Like we are eating acetone. It's so gross and makes me really nervous about what is in the cake. I assume an employee used a chemical cleaner for a piece of equipment and then didn't clean it out properly. It tastes like a health code violation and it was a massive disappointment for my daughter. And a waste of $30.

Visited on 10/08/2023. We wanted a late night snack, but this DQ was the only option in town. We went through the drive through and there were only two workers there, so the service was slow but friendly. The food however, was just not good. We got the pretzel sticks and cheeseburger as part of a 2 for $5 deal, and unfortunately it just was not satisfying and did not hit the spot, even for fast food. Disappointing.
