This place has gone way downhill. Our food took forever and was poorly cooked. Toast that wasn't toasted. Hashbrowns that weren't browned. I mean they're called Hashbrowns not hashwhites. Flys galore. Definitely will never return. Service was decent.

We waited for 15 minutes at the front and had to track down a waiter to be seated. Tables were still dirty so we had to move. Waitress wrote my order down wrong so I received food that I cannot eat due to mild allergies and had to pick apart my burger. I was only able to eat 1/3 of what I paid for. Who I assume was a manager saw and asked what was wrong with it and I was kind but explained the situation. No amends were made or offers for a discount. We paid $85 for 4 meals each priced between $10-18. Not worth the price in our opinion. Food wasn’t great, husband said DQ down the street would’ve been a better option. If it wasn’t a last resort we wouldn’t have dined here.

I came in hungry after a long day of work. I was sat down but the bartender never came back to ask what I wanted. I watched her serve everybody else in the bar drinks and talk to a guy at the bar and so I ended up leaving to find somewhere else to eat for dinner tonight. I wouldn't recommend this place, but I didn't check the reviews before coming in tonight.

We all had breakfast the French toast tasted like old shoe. Overcooked eggs and disgusting hash browns. The drinks were good but the food was disgusting. There were several Flys and Nats flying around. This is a resteraunt I will never eat at again. It was an embarrassing to have my friend drive all the here to garibaldi and get a terrible barely edible breakfast. Goodbye parkside. Keep serving that caliber of food and you will not have returning customers.

First we got doused in water , ok accidents happen , then one of our friends dinner was forgotten , after we had all finished eating they brought it out missing a side and took 30% off the ticket.
The fried fish was amazing , I will give credit for that and the fries are awesome .

As a resident in garibaldi I often visit restaurants in the area. Today for lunch I decided to give Parkside a chance. It was very weak. My partner ordered chicken strips and they were dry and flavorless. I myself ordered a steak. It was overcooked, vegetables were burned and mashed potatoes were bland.
My server was kind and came and checked in with us and filled drinks when needed.
I couldn’t help but notice how much they were trying to copy other restaurants in the area.
I saw line cooks and other waitresses going outside with the kitchen and smoking and blowing smoke into the kitchen. Very disappointed.

Menu online (which you can still actively order from, using real money) is no longer accurate. Most of the items are not available, no indication of this online. Very small selection of foods.
Patio is covered in cigarettes and half the tables had ashtrays. The server (who was also the bartender) was very nice and prompt and understanding of our need to leave, as the actual menu did not have items that suited our dietary needs. So service was nice at least!

Great place if you want to pay for overpriced food and leave sick almost instantly. ??.their only excuse is that maybe I don't like that section of the coast lol.actually, I don't like overpriced garbage food, but nice try ?

We arrived about 5 o'clock at this restaurant. There was nobody inside and one woman there putting up silverware on the tables. I asked politely where we could sit and in a nasty voice said anywhere there's silverware. She finally came to our table and was not nice. Did not say hello. Do you want any drinks or anything? Just scowled. We of course left.

Lousy service, sat for an hour and still didn't get our food. Waitress rubbed her hands all over our silverware, dumped it on The table and walked away. Never again will we waste our time at this place .

Breakfast horrible. Eggs overcooked and cold, everything soaked with butter. This after a 45 minute wait and order mix up. Used to be a good place. Will not return.
