My family and I visited Adea on the way back to Portland from Cannon Beach in 2010. Dean was such a fantastic host that visits to Adea have become family favorites even though we all live in New York now. After realizing that our little wine cellar had no Adea Pinot Noir, I ordered a case of Deano and Fisher Family Estste. The case arrived today and my wife and I enjoyed a bottle of Deano with a rich, asparagus and bacon quiche. It brought back some great memories, like the time...
Dean is an exceptional host with worlds of knowledge regarding wines and vineyards. This was my first time wine tasting and it was made wonderful partly due to the host and friends, but mostly due to the amazing win which is all created at the winery!
Dean and Ann are simply excellent host. They really took us to an amazing journey not just of wine but history enjoying your wines. This is what wine tastings are all about - amazing experiences.
