I picked up an order for DoorDash today and was welcomed warmly by the 2 workers behind the counter, the order was ready-to-go on time and the woman who retrieved it for me told me to have a nice day. This is not always my experience when picking up orders at other restaurants and was sincerely appreciated šØ I also noticed how the place was impeccably clean - kudos to the staff!

The shop is 'cozy', but the lady who served me kept the line moving quickly, gave me a sastifactory amount in my milkshake and let me add caramel and reeses to the milkshake even though I asked too late.Very good service.

I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday in all chocolate. They called and confirmed my order 2 days ago and said they had what I ordered. When I came to pick up the order today, they didn't have any record that the order was placed or the cake ready. The solution that they had was to give us an oreo ice cream chocolate cake, which was okay, but it was disappointing that they didn't have what we ordered. In addition they changed how they were writing the name on the cake halfway through icing it so it looks really unprofessional.

Terrible service, ordered a cake for my daughterās birthday, made and paid for the order in advance. 04.24 came to pick up my order, the cake was not ready, could not even find my order and what I indicated. Unfortunately, not all children waited for the cake, the holiday is spoiled. Keep in mind before you order a cake there! And they also confused the composition of the cake, instead of vanilla ice cream they made chocolate. Iām shocked by their terrible service!

Iām not sure who the manager is at this location but they need to hire a new cake decorator. I ordered the polar bear ice cream cake and asked if they could make his ears look a little more pointed like a dogs ears and if they couldnāt do it, not to worry about it. So I go to pick up my order a week later and was left speechless when the lady opened my cake and surprised me with a trashy drawn on stick dog in black frosting! I guess the cake decorator thought I would absolutely love it better than the cake that I wanted, or they forgot about my order and came up with that idea last minute. It was an absolute joke to me and I told the lady that was not what I ordered and left. I was not going to pay $50 for a cake that I did not order and looked like it was decorated by a 6 year old. I will never order another cake from this location. What an absolute disappointment!

The employees slack off a lot. They arenāt very friendly to customers. The ice cream is good, the environment not so much.
Walked into this location to three girls working . Not one of the girls looked up to greet us. There was two other people in line and one of the girls was helping them but the other two girls never even made eye contact. Finally after 10 min one if the girls said can you help them. The girl was not wanting to at all and walked over to counter and said "what did you want" . We ordered and all the while the girl was annoyed. She gave us our ice-cream and it was so sloppy done. When we left not one word was said by any of the girls. These girls need customer service training for sure! I would be mortified if it were my business and my employees treated my customers like this. Wish I could have given 0 stars.
