I picked up an order for DoorDash today and was welcomed warmly by the 2 workers behind the counter, the order was ready-to-go on time and the woman who retrieved it for me told me to have a nice day. This is not always my experience when picking up orders at other restaurants and was sincerely appreciated 🍨 I also noticed how the place was impeccably clean - kudos to the staff!

The shop is 'cozy', but the lady who served me kept the line moving quickly, gave me a sastifactory amount in my milkshake and let me add caramel and reeses to the milkshake even though I asked too late.Very good service.

I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday in all chocolate. They called and confirmed my order 2 days ago and said they had what I ordered. When I came to pick up the order today, they didn't have any record that the order was placed or the cake ready. The solution that they had was to give us an oreo ice cream chocolate cake, which was okay, but it was disappointing that they didn't have what we ordered.
