KB Teriyaki Grill

I always get the same thing here, the standard Teriyaki Chicken on white rice, but it tastes good and has big portions! I like the cozy feel inside even though it's old and outdated.

This little tiny place has great chicken and beef teriyaki, Angry Orchards ,and a perfect little hiding spot to sneak to and hide out and play poker! What else do you need? Plus the Employees are quick and polite,and leave you alone! Sweet!

We have been going to this place regularly because we like their food, our kids like their food, and it has a drive thru! Recently, their service has declined though. The last two times we went there they declined to take our order because they were “closing”. The first time I understood because we were within 5 minutes of closing, but this time we got there 20 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t even hear our order. We usually come around this time, and have been coming a few times a month for a while and have never had this happen, until recently. I don’t know if they changed their rules or have someone different running their grill but they unfortunately lost themselves regular customers, and we won’t be recommending them anymore either.

Threw my yakisoba straight in the trash. Gross, overcooked noodles with old veggies and a pool of oil in the bottom. Struggled through my teriyaki chicken bowl. Overcooked chicken and the rice was marginal at best. Egg rolls are generic, frozen, deep fried junk. Menu is as uninspired as the food.

Convenience of the drive through is the only reason I see to go here, but you pay for it. At 150% the price of other local places only a few blocks away, and half the food the other place serves, KB is just disappointing. My brother and I dont like the taste as much either. The chickes was dry, the rice wasn't great, and salad was soggy and wilted.

If you are in a hurry and don't mind paying for the convenience of the drive through, this is decent. Although, my family actively avoids going here and today was a reminder of why. If you have an extra 2 minutes to spare, go a few more blocks into Gladstone, save money, and get twice as much food.

The food was not edible. It says grilled chicken and the chicken was not grilled. They did not put the teriyaki on the side and it’s teriyaki chicken. The salad was a small container of brown & wilted iceberg lettuce. The salad dressing is no longer their homemade signature recipe but a bottled super sugary sweet think substance. The potstickers order has 5 very small potstickers for $6.95. The chicken plates were $14.99. When I called to tell them the order was wrong and missing items she was insulted that I would complain. She made me drive back in rush hour traffic for 37 minutes to do a credit card refund and when I got there took the uneaten food back which they technically aren’t supposed to accept and said that I did not need to drive there to get my refund when she told me over the phone that I had to drive back and return the food to get a refund. Horrible food.
