The food was not edible. It says grilled chicken and the chicken was not grilled. They did not put the teriyaki on the side and it’s teriyaki chicken. The salad was a small container of brown & wilted iceberg lettuce. The salad dressing is no longer their homemade signature recipe but a bottled super sugary sweet think substance. The potstickers order has 5 very small potstickers for $6.95. The chicken plates were $14.99. When I called to tell them the order was wrong and missing items she was insulted that I would complain. She made me drive back in rush hour traffic for 37 minutes to do a credit card refund and when I got there took the uneaten food back which they technically aren’t supposed to accept and said that I did not need to drive there to get my refund when she told me over the phone that I had to drive back and return the food to get a refund. Horrible food.

Service was so horrific. No cars in line no customers inside, 3 employees standing around. They were so inconvenienced to take or order. We finally ordered I left a 15% tip, thinking they were just having a bad day. Once our order was ready, the female, yells "here's your order" and puts it on the bar. We had been sitting in the lower section from the get go. I have been coming here at least twice a month for years.... This will be the last time for me. The owners need an intervention if they want to keep the business going! This is sad because the food is very good.

The food was delicious. Except for the crazy amount of bones in my chicken everything else was excellent. The very helpful employees were nice enough to substitute the yellow lettuce for extra rice. And they have a drive through that has great ambiance. When you pull up to the microphone thing it feels like you're walking through the doors of your own home it's so welcoming.

Quick and fast service. They've raised their prices in the last couple of years but still worth every penny. We get the spicy Terriyaki and salmon teriyaki platter and it's so good. Whatever the dressing is that comes on the salad is *chefs kiss*

Not an environment I want my kids in. After ordering our food and as I paid, a women came out of the back and walked around the counter. The foul language and topic she started discussing with a much younger co-worker / employee was not appropriate for customers or children. I address this with the women, and asked that she not use cuss words or gossip out in the open and in front of my children. As I turned around to pick a table to sit at I heard "It's not gossip so mind your own business".At this point I returned to the register, and asked for a refund. I learned that this was the manager, and the employee who took our order was extremely embarrassed. I'd like the owner to contact me. I will be place another phone call to try and reach the owner.
