Our dad passed away recently, so my sister and I wanted to get some food and express our thanks to him. WOW. Steven is one of the kindest humans we have ever met! The owners are also some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They always make you feel like family when you come in. These are the exact words the racist old man said to me when I asked for a simple plain rice. My wife was sick; she just needed white rice. What tip was he expecting for a $3 order of plain rice?
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If he continues to be at the counter, this business will go downhill very soon.

Steven was very kind and accommodated my girlfriend and I with plates and silverware and a suggestion of a local park to relax and eat at. The butter chicken was some of the best we have had, great rice and unique/savory Naan. Food was done in 15 mins. 11/10 recommend.

I don't come here often, but the guy who owns the place always treats me like I am family. Masala Box sincerely provides the best customer service I have ever received. Perhaps I've never been here while they are swamped, but it means the world that the owner is always so friendly and hospitable towards my friends and I. The portions are generous and the food is filling. Can't recommend it enough, Masala Box is maybe one of the best spots in the neighborhood.
