This place sucks!! Ordered online for it to be done at a specific time. Subway.com tells me my order is ready. Only for me to get there and be told it’s gonna be another 10-15 minutes. This is how my sandwich looked

have had great experiences at this location.. so far. my only problem is they STOPPED TAKING COUPONS? are you serious?? don’t understand that. i won’t be back if this is a new thing. new owner SUCKS if they just decided to stop taking coupons.

Took 10 minutes to greet us, after that, he said he had 7 online orders to make before he could get to us. he was the only worker in the store and had very long hair and a mustache with no hairnet

Gave me the wrong bread, couldn't tell because they have a metal lid covering all of the meat so you can't see the quality of it. That's where your order starts, so I guess you just take whatever bread they give you since you can't see it until you unwrap the sandwich. Italian bread is just Italian bread, not Italian herbs and cheese. I'll say plain white bread and hope that's what I get next time.

I was informed by employee that a restroom is not available. Odd for a restaurant with seating to not have a restroom available. Other Subways do.

Pretty sure restaurants are required to provide a restroom for customers. These guys are saying their bathroom is for employees only.
The only subway in the world that won’t let you use there bathroom to wash your hands please don’t go there.

Really weird terrible customer service experience. Woman working there was super rude and strange, I think she had some sort of problems or mania or something. Needed to use the bathroom and she gave cryptic replies about me not using the restroom saying it wasnt public even though I was a customer and it wasn't an employee bathroom. Came to order breakfast but had to pee and she wouldnt let me so i offered to order first and she still said no. Very strange behavior, would not recommend this location because of staff behavior. I usually don't write poor reviews like this, so this was far outside of the norm.
