Gave me the wrong bread, couldn't tell because they have a metal lid covering all of the meat so you can't see the quality of it. That's where your order starts, so I guess you just take whatever bread they give you since you can't see it until you unwrap the sandwich. Italian bread is just Italian bread, not Italian herbs and cheese. I'll say plain white bread and hope that's what I get next time.

Really weird terrible customer service experience. Woman working there was super rude and strange, I think she had some sort of problems or mania or something. Needed to use the bathroom and she gave cryptic replies about me not using the restroom saying it wasnt public even though I was a customer and it wasn't an employee bathroom. Came to order breakfast but had to pee and she wouldnt let me so i offered to order first and she still said no. Very strange behavior, would not recommend this location because of staff behavior. I usually don't write poor reviews like this, so this was far outside of the norm.

Was checking on application status and only get the run around and hung up on. Absolutely disrespectful. Do not under any circumstance trust Jody. Disrespectful and immature.
This location continues to go down hill. My brother and I stopped for lunch on 7/13 at around 1:30pm. I ordered a 6" Veggie and Cheese sandwich on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. I mistakenly "corrected" the attendant that I wanted Italian Herb & Cheese because it looked like plane white bread, there was no visible herbs, and only a few stray pieces of shredded cheese. Next, I requested all the veggies except for jalapenos only to find they were out of spinach, the lettuce was browning, the cucumbers were dried and cracking, the tomatoes were thin and soft... the only veggies that didn't look days old and like crap were the banana peppers and black olives. We were the only customers in the store and decided to stay and eat. It was quite and I was enjoying a conversation when the attendant suddenly turned the music on and cracked the volume. I'm 58 and my brother is 56. I've nothing against hip-hop and enjoy a wide range of music, but the selection being streamed from the employee's phone wasn't appropriate and loud enough that we could no longer continue our conversation. I asked for the music to be turned down, and it was, however as soon as we left the employee immediately turned the music back up, loud enough I could hear it outside the store front. Every but of this experience shows a failure and disinterest by the store ownership.

This establishment is terrible. The owner is too cheap to fix the air conditioning system so the workers have to suffer through heat and they are unable to toast your sandwiches because it is too hot in the building, even if the day is not a hot day, the toaster remains off on top of that. The vegetables are always soiling and not fresh by unique sense of the main almost every time I go, and they can’t keep employees because they refuse to, ensure that they have a comfortable clean safe working environment and instead of fixing the problem they allow all subway employees at this specific location to suffer. Remove The ability to toast your sandwiches, which if you like flatbread, it requires to be toasted. If you like some of the sandwiches, they are traditionally, toasted, or cheese is supposed to be melted on a meatball for instance, they’re in capable of making the sandwiches they were meant to be made, I am currently driving to a different town to get Subway, which is why there is no punctuation. I am using voice to talk, but I would caution you from eating at the establishment. I don’t blame the employee, but the owner of this establishment is a and I don’t know how it hasn’t shut down , because the standard to the food and the freshness of the vegetables on top of the failure to provide simple and basic employee comfort and a small building that gets hot is nonexistent in the weather every day so I know that a lot of people are probably gonna look at that and think well everybody has to deal with it that’s in the trades or whatever but we’re talking about a place is supposed to be keeping veggies and cool and cool that is consistently running high powered toaster oven and at the very least it should be cool for health purposes of the food itself, but it’s dangerous to have a high speed of speeding oven on when it’s 90° outside the employees suffer and And I’m almost positive that the amount of people that come in and decide to leave the moment they find out that they’re cannot be toasted is high

Walked in starving, was the only customer in the store and was completely ignored by the 2 employees behind the counter. I spoke up, "excuse me can I get some service?" One of the lady's pretty much yelled at me, "you'll be helped when we get to you". I told her that there was no reason for my wait or her attitude. Then walked out without anything to eat. I will not be back to this location again.

Store randomly closes. Hours on Google and door at store say til 10 pm but when I walked in tonight they said closed at 8 and employee is getting ready to leave for the night so no order. This is 3rd time since Christmas they were closed when I came around this time (8:32 pm)

Curbside pick up order. Nothing curbside for ten minutes after check in , several phone calls to store unanswered. Finally go in (sick) to grab my own bag, get home they put in wrong cookies and incorrect sandwich. Still no answer at the store so guess a review is my only option
