Walked in starving, was the only customer in the store and was completely ignored by the 2 employees behind the counter. I spoke up, "excuse me can I get some service?" One of the lady's pretty much yelled at me, "you'll be helped when we get to you". I told her that there was no reason for my wait or her attitude. Then walked out without anything to eat. I will not be back to this location again.

Store randomly closes. Hours on Google and door at store say til 10 pm but when I walked in tonight they said closed at 8 and employee is getting ready to leave for the night so no order. This is 3rd time since Christmas they were closed when I came around this time (8:32 pm)

Curbside pick up order. Nothing curbside for ten minutes after check in , several phone calls to store unanswered. Finally go in (sick) to grab my own bag, get home they put in wrong cookies and incorrect sandwich. Still no answer at the store so guess a review is my only option

Will not be returning to this location. understocked and understaffed. Had to wait for almost 20 minutes to order only to be told after my bread was toasted that they did not have the meat for my sandwich. Had to wait even longer to get a stale sandwich. No Thank you, pass.

Well I will definitely not be back to this subway location.Understaffed, poor communication with customers and no organization.The PIC on duty stayed in the back, yelling to the her employee about how busy she was, while watching her employee struggle to help people coming in the store to order.The Line of people grew as we were waiting to be served, as the manager came up to only complete online orders while she stated that "Online Orders come first".Myself and 3 other customers, decided it's not worth it. We all shook our heads at the horrible customer service. I will definitely not be back and I will not recommend this location.

So I place a mobile order, the app says it will be ready in 25-30 minutes, so i wait, then leave my house 30 minutes later. I get to the store with the app saying "ready" on my order. I walk in, tell the lady behind the counter I have a mobile order. This is where the problem starts. She continues helping customers instead of me even though I ordered 35 minutes ago under the impression I wouldn't have to wait in line, this was wrong. 10 minutes of her making sandwiches for people then I finally get to talk directly. She can't find my order. 20 minutes in the store then she figures it out, the food has been getting cold on a rack for the past 20 minutes or who knows how long. I rode my bike there. I get home, and bam wrong order. They never toasted my bun and they didn't put cheese in my frickin turkey cheese sub. So I pedaled BACK to the store, and the lady kindly offered to remake the food. So I wait for that, she hands me the food and I'm out the door. I get home AGAIN and bam, no cheese and the bun is not toasted. I give up. Do not order here. I'd never say a word about it to their faces cuz retail and foodworkers get treated terribly but come on! It's a Turkey and cheese with mayo on an Italian bun, toasted. It's not that complex. I will not be coming back. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

I ordered a sandwich and wanted lettuce added but the lettuce was brown, The counters were dirty where my sandwich was being made, I also ordered cookies and they were doughy. Management needs to step up here. I will not go back to this subway

Considering how bad the subway near me in NE Portland is when I went here to get the same sub as I got down there in Milwaukie...this place is great. The artisanal bread was actually flaky and the sandwich was good. They made me want to get subway more. Unfortunately, the subway near me with its chewy gross artisanal bread that I doubt they even toasted soured me. But hey, go HERE!

The employee at this store was so slow! I would have let her go, if this was my store. There was a line of people, and we were all very patient and polite to her. She took such a long time with each sandwich, that a couple of customers actually walked out. She acted really stressed and overwhelmed. I really don’t see why it was that difficult for her. She is making a sandwich and people tell you exactly what to put on it. She took too long putting on her gloves, making the sandwich and ringing up the order. I’d say she took about 7-8 minutes per customer. As someone who has worked in customer service all my life, and trained employees, I understand the difficulties but I also have an expectation. She was rude for no reason. I’ve had the most wonderful service from the subway in Milwaukie. I tipped that employee $20 because I was so impressed with her outstanding customer service. I always tip, and I didn’t give her one, because she was awful. Her tip jar only had one tip in it, so I’m not alone in my feelings. I will not return to this store if she works there.

If you live in Gladstone HIT THIS SUBWAY!!! Do not. Go. To. The Subway off of 82nd dr near the Safeway. This one has speedy customer service, happy employees, and fresh ingredients.

I timed one of the employees on how long he takes to build a simple sandwich to show just how much the staff needs to be trained on efficiency. It’s not to be mean, but it’s important the owner knows+20 sec: Cutting the sandwich+26 sec: Adding meat+15 sec: Adding Cheese+16 sec: Putting sandwich in toaster+14 sec: Removing sandwich from toaster+30 sec: Adding lettuce and onions+20 sec: Adding 2 sauces+45 sec: Cutting and wrapping sandwichPlease train the staff to be quicker

I have been there 4 times before and things are going downhill. I have seen issues like lack of inventory and soda not working but tonight drew the last straw. They hired and left this poor girl alone on her first shift. She had just been hired and knew next to nothing. The prep wasn't done because she stated the earlier shift had been to busy. They were running out of items for food and so nothing was prepped. They currently have no manager to speak to so I am going to speK with the district manager. I feel sorry for this girl throwing her out there with little to no Training. She couldn't even do my coupon correctly and then it wouldn't go through when she scanned it a second time saying it had already been scanned. I just received it yesterday in my mailbox but because she wasn't trained she couldn't do anything. This isn't the first time this has happened at this one. I will be reporting the store to the district manager and no longer be going there as the owner runs this place so poorly.

I don’t know who is managing/owns this shop but they need to step it up. The workers at this location consistently smash sandwich together with carelessness, they are after aloof and or what looks like stoned, and on multiple occasions I have tried to door dash and the order is ALWAYS wrong.I have never left a review about a restaurant before, but because of the consistency with which this location has let me down… I think future customers should know.
