This is the subway location closest to my residence. I have seen this store operate for years now, and for most of that time it was ran very poorly and inefficiently. A long time ago we stopped using this location. Recently this location has changed management and today we decided to give them another chance. I’m really glad that we gave them another chance. Tonight not only was my order made properly and waiting for my arrival. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great conversation with the new manager who has made drastic changes for the better. He also assured me that he will continue to have this location running properly and with well trained employees. I highly suggest that if you have had an issue with this location in the past, that you give them another chance. By supporting this local location, it will only get better and better with this proper management overseeing things.

Showed up around 1040am ordered 3 6" subs and it took them 18 minutes at the drive thru window they had 1 customer inside when I was handed the sandwiches none were marked (not the end of the world but fuel to the fire for sure......) and my meatball 6" was cold like the meatballs were fresh out of the microwave, pretty piss poor experience over all do better subway ...

Always under staffed. Online orders always wrong or missing items. Good service, they will fix the problems so check your mobile orders before you leave with them.

Never gives service through the drive through (I assume because they don't have the staff for it) but they refuse to just close it. About half the time I come here the service is great, the other half of the time is nothing the rude staff and ignored customers.

Our sandwiches were good. There were only 2 people working so you may have a bit of a wait but it is that way at a lot of places now.

Went to go here at the drive-through for dinner. Waited for 15 minutes, but nobody was helping us. The staff looked us through the window, laughed, and continued making sandwiches for the customers inside. Would have been nice if they at least told us the drive-through was closed.

3rd fail I’ll NEVER patronize this location, it’s the worst managed subway I’ve seen.
8:20 pm sat in drive thru 10 minutes with the open sign on , then it’s turned off and never said ANYTHING! Even though they’re open till 10!

I work next to this Subway. First it took 18 minutes and I was the only person in the building. Also every time you go in you better have have a couple choices as they are always out of product. Also twice in the last few months they have been out of bread at lunch time. How do you run a Sandwich shop without bread. Lastly the produce was nasty. Lettice was brown, pickles were limp and look to have been frozen. Just nasty. Worst Subway ever. After reading the rest of the reviews how is this Subway still open and why hasn't Subway Corporate stepped in. I sure this a franchise but damn. This store should be closed or have an owner change. So many bad reviews This store is giving Subway a Bad name.

got here at 1:13pm and i’m still sitting here at 2:03pm, sitting at the window and not a single person has come to help me yet, granted i’ve been at the window for about 4 minutes but still nothing.

Service was very slow. It wasn't even prime lunch time crowd. Sandwich was made correctly. Seemed to be 5 employees working, but honestly it took 45 minutes from the time I got in the restaurant Iuntil my order was completed. The sandwich bread was toasted as requested, but the it stayed on the counter for 5 minutes before anyone finished completing the order. I have had much better service at other Subway restaurants. This was was #39378, located on Princeton Ave. In Gladstone, Oregon. The employee #1863. I normally do not make negative reviews, but the service here was very slow.

Stopped by for a quick sit down lunch. Service dog at my side posted. They didn't want to serve me unless my dog was in a vest. Gentleman was rather rude and definitely uniformed on ADA standards.

If I could give zero stars I would. Drive through speaker broken, no sign, car at the window was there 17 minutes, no employee checked on the drive through line… or even poked their head out to say “hey the box doesn’t work”, nothing. I called the store and Jason answered, he was initially apologetic but in a snarky way, if you know what I mean. I said (in my most non-Karenish way) that not communicating at all (no sign and with a car at your window for almost 20 minutes, that alone should cause you to at least check on the drive-thru cars) wasn’t an acceptable solution, he hung up mid sentence and before I could request to please place the order on the phone with him so it wouldn’t be 20 minutes at the window for us too! Subway take some tips from Dutch Bros & do better!
