I was just served an ice cold bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. I came inside to order my food since the drive thrus card machine wasn't working thats okay it wasn't busy. Then I'm told they are out of steak and all chicken options and the cookie oven is broken. Well I don't have much time since I decided to drive here for lunch so I order anyways and I'm giving the worst smashed bread I've seen. The lady who was working seemed nice and was doing what she can given the circumstances. But I can't even see her putting the meat on my sandwich since it's blocked by a metal lid, most of the veggies were freezer burnt and stuck to the containers, I added onions and to my surprise I had a huge long slice of onions that weren't properly cut, my sandwich wasn't fully cut so I had to tear it apart. And even my coke bottle appears old. The color of the bottle has a yellow tint to it which isn't her fault but still quality control is not there. I would go somewhere else to avoid eating at this subway ever again.

I hate leaving bad reviews but after 4 attempts to eat here while I’ve lived in the neighborhood, I feel it’s time lol. Every time we come here they are out of something. Like a lot of somethings, to where we cannot order and have to leave. This has happened on 3 occasions. Today (which we joked as approaching today - will this be the time we FINALLY can eat here?) we ordered our food and after ordering were told cash only, unless we physically go in to order our food. Which I get things happen, but why did you not tell us till after we made our order? I think this is our last attempt to eat here. I recommend the other subway near baskin robins in GladstoneAlways top tier service and if ever there’s a hiccup it’s told to me immediately (even on to go orders they call)

Girl here was vaping outside and didn’t wash hands. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Went through the drive through after my class had gotten out, a good HOUR before other schools did and PAST usual lunch hours. There was one car ahead of us that had been sitting there before we had even pulled up and once we did, it was a solid TWENTY minutes AFTER PLACING OUR ORDER before WE could pull up. after reaching the window and getting our sandwiches we got home to find: DUPLICATE footlong SANDWICHES, both of which had an item that I was allergic to, BREAD was tough and HARD TO EAT, took over TWENTY MINUTES to get THE WRONG ORDER that I couldn’t even eat for 30 DOLLARS. I am NEVER coming back to this location EVER.

I came in at 6pm, most of the lights in the lobby were turned off. The entire meat side was covered, so you couldn't see the food from our end. The veggies looked dreadful and withered. The entire prepping side was gross and clearly hadn't been wiped down in a while. From start to finish, this was a pretty bad experience. On multiple occasions the manager has been smoking right outside of the doors, and has laughed when asked about why this Subway is always out of lemonade and/or certain breads. This store has been consistently dropping in quality over the past few years. Take your money to Jimmy Johns.

I don’t know why this location has so many problems. A few months ago, I put in an online order only to walk up to find the shop locked up and empty. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Now today, I put in another online order and drove up to the window only to be told they hadn’t made my sandwiches yet… even though the app said it was ready. What I got was a torn up sandwich and another toasted one that was stone cold. The store was empty. How does it take a half hour to make a few sandwiches?

Just gross. They covered the meat section so nothing could be seen. What was visible for the veggie section was wilted and spoiled, the glass covered in filth. Not acceptable, I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.
