They won't serve trans people here sometimes. The lobby has been empty and nobody will acknowledge me and take my order, has happened multiple times. Don't go here. That's messed up.

I feel like Taco Bell can be hit or miss. The one near our house is Awesome. This one was not so great. They got the order wrong and were confused by my husband going in to ask for a crunchwrap like they'd never heard of it before. The soft tacos tasted...off. Everywhere was closing so this was our option. Next time we're in town we will make sure we have time to eat anywhere else.

Couldn't even order without being asked if I'm done ordering, literally after every item I got. Which was 3 things. Asked for no onions on my burritos very clearly, receipt even says no onions. Still got 3 burritos half full of onions. Terrible service. Rude employees. Definitely not going back to this one.

The employees here are always rushing subsequently messing up orders. The food here is sup-par at best, This location will overcharge you if you order inside, you will have to order from a kosik, no one to help you order, some menu items only exist on the app. The employees seem nice enough more training is definitely needed and some are willing to fix food mistakes. Overall experience 4/10

Tried to use the app, it wouldn't work. My burrito was incorrect, the cheesy bean and rice way ordered with no nacho cheese and I got nacho cheese and no jalapenos sauce. The last 4 bites contained only rice and sour cream. Gross!
