I'm a Chalupa lover, but today's Chalupa and Doritos Locos Taco both don't taste that fresh or crispy. We come to this location a lot. Lately the quality has not been consistent. Last time we were here both my daughter's and my son's orders had some items completely cold... disappointing. I hope they improve because we like to come more.
I feel like Taco Bell can be hit or miss. The one near our house is Awesome. This one was not so great. They got the order wrong and were confused by my husband going in to ask for a crunchwrap like they'd never heard of it before. The soft tacos tasted...off. Everywhere was closing so this was our option. Next time we're in town we will make sure we have time to eat anywhere else.
Tried to use the app, it wouldn't work. My burrito was incorrect, the cheesy bean and rice way ordered with no nacho cheese and I got nacho cheese and no jalapenos sauce. The last 4 bites contained only rice and sour cream. Gross!
