Unfortunately they were closed at the time we visited due to a kitchen accident. However, the remaining employee was able to show great hospitality and guided us to a delicious restaurant down the road. I am extremely grateful for Russ' time and energy to help us find a great alternative. We will be sure to stop and eat next time we will be in town.
This was my first time there. I tried the clam chowder and the seafood tacos (I forget the real name of them). The clam chowder was pretty good...very rich and creamy, with many tiny clam pieces (but there was a lot of sand in some of those), and too many potatoes imo. The cream base was bland until I added salt and pepper, but then I enjoyed it. I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 score (given others I have tried on the coast). The seafood tacos were quite filling. The staff was very personal and checked on us often to make sure we were doing well.
It was apparent that the locals frequent this establishment.
Our meals were very good and the atmosphere was fun.
