Last week was my very first time stopping by to order a blended drink and boy was I not disappointed. The drink was very tasty and the staff were very courteous and very professional. She made our drinks and asked us to give a taste to see if it was to our liking. As we were making our trips to Medford we made sure to stop and purchase more drinks. The employees are rude, disrespectful. The OWNER is even mean and hateful. The coffee even tasted burned. I Was in town to visit family and always like to try new coffee shops this one was a terrible experience. I felt insulted and definitely like I was insignificant. I do not recommend this shop to anyone! Don't go here of you want to enjoy a nice coffee.

After hearing the heartbreaking story from a one of closer friends (20+yrs) of how she was treated I won’t be stopping by to try this place out due to the owners level of unnecessary rudeness! The owner misheard the order and took her attitude to an unexpected & unnecessary level and said a some mean things that had my friend in shock & tears 😭 ! Like WTF 😡 My friend just went through the battle of her life fighting cancer and is currently in the trenches with the recovery ❤️🩹 and still dealing daily with the struggles. She is the most kindhearted woman I know & didn’t deserve to be treated that way! 🤬
