I've heard good things about Massey's and was curious to try it. My boyfriend and I came in late afternoon to have a beer and wine. Once there, we decided to have a drink and early dinner. The prime rib sounded so good, but it was too early for dinner, so we shared the prime rib french dip sandwich with sweet potato fires, and a dinner salad. First time here, this place is a lot bigger than it appears from the outside. We had a group of 9 people, they were able to accommodate us in the back room. Plenty of space, pretty quiet for a Saturday afternoon. There was only one waitress on duty for the entire establishment. She was hustling & friendly, did a nice job of taking care of us. Little spendy average to good food. Appealing 2 stort historical pioneer hotel converted to bar/restaurants.Has pinball, pool tables, jukeboxes, and video poker. Friendly staff who work hard but small town atmosphere means they are often understaffed which can cause longer wait times.This also can lead to mistakes on orders which has happened a few times.
