Ordered the bangers and mash tasted great but I didn't get the peas also the server never came and asked us how the food was

Biggest problem when we went today was that there was no staff. Half empty restaurant, but the three staff they had on were RUNNING. We had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, another 15 to even get water, and then about 20 to get our order put in. Our waitress was so sweet, it was fully not her fault. When we finally did get our food, all of it was disappointing. Tasted like everything came premade out of a freezer bag and was just reheated. I would say give it a miss, but given they charge $22 for all their entrees they know they have a mostly captive audience here. Beer was good though

Great mountain brewery atmosphere. Simple good food and nice staff. A rarity in government camp.

Pulled Pork sandwich, it was dry and cold. Out of other options on the menu. The food was bad enough will not be back.

Great place

Went here today, and was disappointed in barely being able to scrounge up a meal. The fries are in a shared fryer with chicken wings, the bread cauliflower is made with egg wash, caramelized onions fries in butter and the black bean patty is cooked on a non-dedicated grill. All those items aside, if you brave the cross-contamination, there are no 'normal' burgers to order (meaning just LTO) So you order a $20 burger, remove almost everything, and then are charged extra for the black bean burger, onion and pickles. They brought out my sandwich without lettuce and tomato, which was on the original "melt" sandwich, but I'm assuming the chef saw NO NO NO on the order ticket and just added what I paid extra for and forgot about what was left on the burger. I would TOTALLY avoid this place in the future.

Shame that I'm review #1777. 1776 was the right amount of reviews. This place has the heart of a bald eagle. Close to mt hood, great bar food. Solid beer selection. Good outdoor space for dogs

We had the seasonal kolsch (very good), the lager (safe choice), the melt and the garlic bechamel pizza. All top notch would come back and order the same thing

Pizza was small and simple. Ahi was over cooked and didn't smell fresh. Ahi plating was weak and unattractive. Asked for a margarita and got only lime juice and tequila. Had to argue to have the $11 drink, that wasn't a margarita, off the tab after only one drink. There was slow service and a mandatory 20% gratuity. Beer was good but that is all. Never going back. Many other restaurants just up the street.

I did not get our servers name, but she was super cool & easy to chat with.
Also, I made a mistake & ordered a pizza with chicken on it & she swapped it out with no issue.
Beer was cold, frost rail was a nice touch.
Cozy inside with cool people.
We both enjoyed our food. I ended up with a Margherita Pizza & my partner had a cheeseburger. We both cleaned our plates.

It's close to the Best Western too, which is probably nice if you are staying there.

We had a quick lunch on the way to Timberline Lodge. The beer selection is huge. The Mac n cheese with bacon was outstanding.

I liked the beer, it has a great variety and you can also have wine and cocktails. The food plates are quite large, their churros are delicious.
