“We sat outside and enjoyed delicious pizza, perfect wings and a stellar spinach salad. The salsa was less than great, but the chips were good. We enjoyed the games and just relaxed. Definitely a must!”

“Great establishment in Government Camp! Food is delicious. Matt (owner) is a cool guy, and the staff is great. Dog friendly on the deck. For cocktails, I suggest the Mt. Hood Mule.”

“It’s taken me too long to post this, but we (adult family) were in there for breakfast on Nov 6. Our waitress Uki was absolutely awesome!!! We don’t get out that way we are east coasters). Be sure to give her our kudos!!! We love Charlie’s.”
“They brought back table service!! So much better now. I hated waiting in line and constantly paying for another drink or waiting in line for appetizer and then going back for drinks and then again for food. THANKS SO MUCH FOR BRINGING BACK TABLE SERVICE. Wish they would allow us to order from both menus. No fries at the bar... kinda weird. Have to walk next door and stand in another line to get fries. Would be cool if we could order from the other food at the restaurant next door without having to leave the bar. Especially if you do not have fries... and regular bar food at your bar. The Torta was amazing. Wish I could have had fries ;)”

“Expensive resort cafeteria food. Pretty tasty as we were so hungry after snow board lessons. Enough available tables. Lines not long. Loud, to be expected with the open seating and high ceilings. Warm and comfortable. Staff seemed short handed, but they came through.”

“We booked our rehearsal dinner at Blue Ox and it was so perfect! EDUARDO and Shea were so exceptionally kind and attentive to our whole party and the service was fast without being rushed or half-assed.
They even let me change the TV channel!
It was perfect and delicious and they even boxed the pizza so we could take it back to our rooms.”

“While visiting the area for a few days, we stopped in at the Timberline Lodge for an early dinner. The Rams Head Bar is located on the second floor of the lodge. Upon entering, we only waited a minute before being greeted with all smiles and seated immediately with stunning views of Mt. Hood. Our waiter was so polite and friendly with fast service. He checked in on us a couple of times to ensure all was going well. We only wanted a few small bites or apps to split and highly recommend the Hot Jumbo Pretzel (served with pimento cheese sauce & stone ground mustard), the Maple Bourbon Bacon Meatballs, and the Smoked Mushroom Dip. We were also served a plate of soft thick sliced bread with this delicious whipped butter (possibly part of the meatball dish). I have not stopped thinking about all three of these dishes! They were so delicious and just the best comfort food we’ve had since visiting! And…the decor of such history in this establishment was stunning! An absolute MUST place to visit!”
“I have never been to mount hood before, and was trying to salvage a trip we had planned before Covid shutdowns complicated our adventure. The representative I spoke with via Skibowl's chat help line on 12/1/20 not only answered my questions promptly but went above and beyond to give me recommendations for our stay that helped us plan some fun while also operating within the governor's covid safety guidelines. It was very appreciated and I will definitely remember how helpful they were when planning future trips.”
“Justin at the maz is the funniest, coolest, most helpful bartender I’ve run into up there. Forget signing up for ski school (though you prob should) , just stop by for a damn good dog and grab a few pointers from him!”
“Best nachos on the mountain, so huge! They have affordable prices and the view off the deck is great watching people on the rope tow park. The day time lady bartender is super friendly and efficient. Only problem is some of the food runners are shy and instead of yelling out numbers they run through the busy crowd with food looking rushed. It's a loud bar, don't be afraid to speak up.”

“Fantastic way to start the day. Generous breakfast portions. Huckleberry pancakes, omeletttes were amazing. Wish we found this gem sooner. I would try the ice cream shakes or sweet rolls!”
