Took a chance and ended up with a pretty awesome meal here. Nothing fancy; the mahi-mahi special was two tacos, refried beans and rice , but it was fresh, nicely cooked and hit the spot. Beer selection is pretty minimal and ambiance inside (or out) is nothing to write home about, and it’s not as cheap as you might expect, but there are worse places in Govvy for a good basic meal.
Stopped in on an early May Friday afternoon. Looked like a fun idea whole walking down the street. Was quiet and we got great service. Got the special beef quesadilla with hatch chillies. It was outstanding!
We tried three margaritas. The strawberry was excellent! The house margarita was good, so was the mango. Customer service was absolutely fabulous. I would definitely come here again.
