The man who sat us after a ridiculous long time when the restaurant had only about 8 tables with customers took us to a dirty table and then had to clean it was the least professional manager I've seen in eons. Sloppy dressed shirt untucked in the front wrinkled and just lazy attitude. Waitress was very good
Carlos M took excellent care of us. He was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. When we mentioned that we were tourists, he was kind enough to recommend some great places to visit in the area. Congratulations to Applebee’s and IHOP for having such a wonderful person on your team!
Used to come here all the time, the food was good and the prices were Fair. Since it became Applebee's and IHOP, it's just not the same. They are understaffed. It took about 10 minutes to be recognized enough to be seated. I had to remind the waitress about bringing my husband's salad before the meal. When the food did come my penne pasta was barely lukewarm. Luckily the chicken was warmer. The server was lackluster.
