This is usually one of our favorite places to visit when we are in town visiting family. Tonight we came for dinner, our last night before heading home. I ordered the Cuban plate, as I always do.I started eating it and noticed it had a large pile of refried beans on it, rather than the black beans it has always had. I asked the cashier who took my order (short, straight dark hair) and she asked if I wanted a side of black beans to go with it. I told her it’s always been served to me with black beans. She said there are multiple types of beans they offer. I asked why she didn’t ask me what I wanted. Once again she offered a side of black beans. I told her I want my plate with black beans, not refried beans. She said they could give me black beans next time we come in ? what the hell has happened to customer service? My meal was ruined by the smashed beans, which have a very different taste and texture than black beans. The menu says beans, not smashed beans. My meal should have promptly been fixed, instead I had to pick around the smashed beans to eat what was left of my food, most of my chicken was also ruined. So disappointed. We patron this restaurant every time we visit (which is often) and our family eats here a lot as well.Looks like we need to find a new place…where they cares out there customers and offer to correct their errors. Train your people better to handle these situations - this was so poorly handled.

I visited your 6th St location for lunch, about noon. I even called ahead to get my lunch to go. I was on my lunch break which is only 30 min. The line was VERY long, happy business is going well. I would've thought you had a pick up section instead of having to wait in a long, time consuming line. Or a second cashier to help take orders. But that wasn't the case today. My food was great though.

My husband and I had a quick lunch here. I had the cubano wrap and my husband had three steak tacos. Both were fresh and delicious. I also had a strawberry lemon energy drink that was amazing! We will return soon!

I had the "Kobe Beef Burger Special" today and it was juicy and delicious. I hope it becomes part of the menu because everyone should try this awesome beef.

Service and atmosphere were great. Definitely a local gathering spot and we felt very welcome.Food was ok, but it was lukewarm. It came very quickly which told us it was on a steam table that wasn’t set high enough to keep the food hot.Italian soda was awesome, but it’s time to clean/flush your lines on your soda gun.Parking: 4 off street spots and lots of parking on the streets.

Every time make it to GP we ALWAYS stop by Casablanca for our favorite burritos. Tonight I ordered online while watching my son’s basketball game and I just wasn’t paying enough attention. Went to pick my order up and learned I ordered at the other location! They were not only kind about it but so accommodating, no questions asked! This goes a long way to earn a customer for life ?? And food was delicious to boot!

I had not been here in quite awhile so I went online to check menu and prices. The price on their drive up menu was quite a bit more. I ordered the jalapeño papa's 12 pack the menu price was $14 I looked at my reciept and was charged $20 I asked why ND she said sorry we changed prices but haven't updated drive up menu. OK....was charged $4.25 for a very tiny container of Pico de gallo. Will definitely be my last tine there.
