This is a one of a kind business, so difficult to compare to others. The big difference is that there is no menu, and customers call ahead to place orders for things they like, or the specials that Cynthia offers, for every day meals or holidays. Our company Christmas party was held at Cynthia’s Murder Mystery themed event on pirate night. I would describe it as an interactive play. The staff were all kind, while putting on a show for 1.5 hours entertaining and interacting with our group, as pirates.The menu was 5 courses. The main course of pot roast, mashed potatoes with gravy, and caramelized carrots were amazing. Awesome time! The skits were funny - a little corny, but fun to watch and I love that the diners interacted with the actors to make the whole experience more interesting. I did not expect the murder at the end - I know it says Murder Mystery Theater, but the way the performance was going I did not know that there was going to be a murder.
